We had a wonderful time here, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. It’s definitely one of our favorite places to stay, and we’d highly recommend it!

Perfect combo of a luxurious condo at a gorgeous lake with all the toys to make our kids and us happy : canoes, kayak, tennis, pool.... combined with a very friendly restaurant at the lake and a high quality deli. It comes at a price, bit I don't think it can be beaten. 3rd time here for a reason.

Clean and beautiful view

Room was very good. At higher floors you get nice view on the lake & mountains. Balcony is spacious. The lake is great kayaking, paddle boarding etc. All gear available. Early July the water temperature was great for swimming. Overall had a relaxing stay. The grocery store on the premises has everything you need. Can recommend it for families, groups, friends and couples. Only negative, in my view, is the tech-driven check-in. No human involvement, entered all kinds of personal data into an app that I’d hate to see hacked.

We loved the location. The room was spacious and clean. We had a very nice view of the lake and surroundings. We loved the fact that everything was easily accessible, parking,activities and the restaurant Le Loch with a gorgeous lake view. It was exactly what we were looking for and we definitely will go back again.

The condos were beautiful and clean and had a great patio with beautiful plants There are great activities to do, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, tennis, there is a beautiful pool. What is also great is that there is a great restaurant and grocery store at walking distance. I recommend it, we had a great time.

I loved the view, the lake, the condo, the boat ride and the environment. I wished the condo had two queen beds because for the 4 of us the sofa bed was not a great option.

Very nice spacious apparment, well keep and very clean. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything one needs. The view to the lake was really nice and peaceful. The balcony is really spacious and even has a small grill. Really nice place to unwind for a couple of days.

Would like to know if something can be done because we had a broken bathroom door in our condo so it was not too convenient to use. Some stains of blood was found on a pillow, and no flash light at all because we lost power for several hours and nothing for emergency for that situation. Would like a credit. Thanks.

It had everything we needed as a family to have a great summer vacation

Consider including that it is a mini fridge. If I was staying longer, it may have been an issue and freezer not great for ice packs. Also bbq does not heat up well. Food boils so we used the stove for our burgers

Condo excellent. On a comme même pas pu profiter d une soirée où il y avait une panne de courant. A part ça tout est bon on a aimé le club et la proximité du Lac

The 3rd floor apartment was clean and vary nice. Our o ly complaint was that we could not get the air co ditioning to work. The mini split would.not cool the apartment. Had a couple.of night with 26 degree room temperature.

Our second 10-nights' stay at Suites sur le Lac Superieur, and we loved it! What's to love: - amazing views of the lake and the nature, - tranquility, - spacious, clean 2-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms - ensuite with bathtub and second bathroom with shower, - well stocked kitchen with beautiful views, - practical with washer/dryer for longer stays, - very clean, - spacious balcony with electrical BBQ. Extra bonus: - included activities at Club de la Pointe (kayaks, pedal boards, canoe) to use for free :) - lawn tennis, volleyball, small gym, board games, dock / platform to jump into/swim in the lake, seasonal pool (was not open yet during our stay), sun loungers along the lake front to read a book and enjoy the nature :) There is a local grocery store right on the property, which has basic necessities, fresh produce, some ready-to-eat meals and coffees. Minor points to be aware of: - bring your own spices, coffee, tea and other essentials if you are planning to cook as well as parchment paper and plastic wrap (there was aluminum foil in the kitchen); - there is an A/C in the living/ dining room/ kitchen area, which cools down the bedrooms if you leave the doors open, however, might not be enough during mid-summer heat waves. We were comfortable in early June. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would come back again!
