There is a lot of noise coming from the neighboring rooms, making it impossible to sleep.

We now stay at this hotel 4 times and we just love By murat Royal hotel as is very convenient close to the Galata tower just 80 meters. Staff is very helpful and room are clean. basic Amenities but that’s okk. We recommend other travellers to stay there

Rooms were not clean and the room services was so poor. Looks like the room was not cleaned every time we used to go back to the room after family time out.

This is our second time at Royal By Murat. So convenient at it is located 50 mt from The Galata Tower in a very quite street. Shop are around the corner. Easy to walk to the mosque and the main attractions in Istanbul. We are going back again. Staff is nice and helpful. Thank you

Pictures are a lie as this property is running a scam, mattress was recovered from trash as it was covered in red stains and black ash (probably from smoking). Bathroom has awful smell. The rooftop brings in an immense amount of dust into the room which caused my skin to itch really badly. No elevator, 4 flights of stairs

Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was basic but that is what I paid for and expected. Clean too.

If you want to stay in a great location with limited budget, this place is great. It’s just a few steps away from the Galata tower and everything else such as shops and restaurants. The room is nice and clean. Suat, the front desk person, is very courteous, helped me with useful information and transportation. I recommend this place and I would go back.

Good clean rooms, convenient location to Gallata tower, and transit to other tourist sites. Excellent value for money. Kind, friendly, and very helpful staff. We ended up having travel problems and the staff made a room available for us to stay longer at the last minute, as our travel plans kept changing. Thanks so much. 10/10

It was good stay; the front desk was there to help out whenever help was needed. Were really responsive when we had questions.

can be considered if you are looking for a one night stay. we stayed as a couple due to bad weather. Overall it was ok. Hotel price is quite low considering others in the same area. So dont expect too much. Would be nice if it was cleaner but was not too bad. One + is the location.

My lord that place was horrible. The bed sheets were not clean. The AC not working. The building has no elevator.

The staff here were great and very helpful.. they even accommodated an early check in which was very helpful.. also for the location and cost you can’t get any better in Istanbul

I had a fantastic stay here. Everything was clean and very modern, reception was friendly and accomodating. Next door to Galata Tower, great if you want to visit it.

They have swapped signs and according to hotel.com bookings are non refundable. It's extortion and lies then they have your money. They offered my money back after i said illl fight them for it. but the country is a joke they are all dishonest scammers. Only book with agoda in turkey and see the places in person first or you are getting online lies and dirty theft. Not worth a visit.
