Food could be better. We tried one of the restaurants Mar y Fuego, food seemed pre prepared, it came out so fast. Was just okay so we stuck with the buffet Staff was always great

Great Location, Great staff and Service. Literally one of the best beaches in Las Terrenas. You can walk the beach in either direction and enjoy the scenery. The only thing lacking at the hotel is the food. Breakfast was okay not much of a variety. Dinner was about a 2.5 stars in quality and taste.

We were celebrating my hubby’s birthday and I told them in the reservation and they made an amazing arrangement in the room, it really meant the world to us ☺️

The beach was beautiful. Very relaxing hotel. Very close to a lot of different beaches and interesting places.

Bad drinks and customer service if not part of the club. Worst resort we’ve been to so far.

Amazing beach area. Friendly staff, excellent food and the best of all NO SARGASSUM. Definitely will visit again.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The place was beautiful and clean. I would definitely come back.

Food was not good at the buffet sections, restaurants are also subpar. Our room had ants, roaches, and other flying insects. The alcoholic beverages at the bar is good, and the best part are the cabanas, pool, gym, and the gorgeous beach. Staff are friendly. I loved the water activities, ie; kayaking, paddle board, and catamaran.

I am not happy about this property it was some terrible food. Everything was salty and had no other seasoning. Pool was not working for most of the days.

The building it self, was nice, the cleanliness was just about non existent, found touches in the bed as soon as we arrived, ac was not working, tv was not working, phone for room service and lobby not working

Amazing service and property

I stayed at Viva V from June 6th to the 11th 2025. These are the staff that provided really good service: Hilma server Daniele chef Leani server Vanessa server Sandary server Yeuri server

The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The beach is beautiful but dining is limited. There are 4 restaurants, but they are not always open and you don't know which days they are and other than the buffet they require reservations which you do not know about until you try to enter. There are no menus so you don't know what they offer. The drinks are not well made and the beer is off, doesn't even taste like beer. We enjoyed our stay but will explore other options in the future.

This resort was amazing! I had an awesome experience from start to finish. The entertainment staff were especially incredible—so friendly and welcoming, they made you feel like part of the family. I can’t wait to come back!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the bungalows were clean and secluded. I was blown away by the food. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to excellence made for a truly unforgettable stay.

The place is beautiful, and the rooms and restaurants are nice, but the buffet food and the entertainment is awful. The buffet food was not a variety. IT WAS THE SAME FOOD EVERY DAY. The entertainment was composed of foreigners and di not know the dances not represented the history of the country.
