Wifi is very poor everything else is nice

Hotel calme et bien placé . La salle de bain est cependant tres exigue

L’accueil était très bien Pour ce qui est de la chambre c’est une autre histoire. Nous avons trouver des cheveux blond sur les oreillers, le ménage à dû être fait le mois dernier , la salle de bain n’en parlons pas les images parles d’elles même et cerise sur le gâteau un cafard au réveil. Malheureusement le petit déjeuner n’efface pas les manquements de salubrité des tenanciers de cet Hôtel que je ne recommanderais a personnes.

The staff were very friendly and the stay was super easy overall. Very easy to walk to the main train station and to the site seeing locations in town.

It was in an excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Very good breakfast. Clean sheets and towels. The air conditioning was not working, it looks like other guests were smoking in their rooms.

I only wanted a cheap place to put my head down for a night. The room was beyond what I expected; clean bed, good wifi, hot shower, quiet street in a room with french doors and wooden shutters looking out onto a street lined with trees - very French. The evening receptionist was beautiful the morning one very helpful. I arrived late, but found a little restaurant called l'Original nearby with excellent food.

This is a pleasant hotel, the staff are polite and friendly and spoke good English which is not common in this part of France. Although on the road and tram line it's not too noisy, I slept without disturbance. Breakfast was nice, a good selection for a continental style.

Mattress sagged, pillows were hard, room smelled of cigarette smoke. Walls very thin, air conditioning did not work, looked like it has not worked for years. Had to open the window, lots of street noise.

Internet about 5 minutes during entire stay. Was told had to do with work outside on the street!

Litet rum och mycket liten toalett, tänk en toalettstols bred. Vattnet i handfatet rann inte ner i den hastighets som erfodras utan samlades i handfatet. Undermålig frukost. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Bra läge i centrum med gångavstånd till centralstationen.

Avoid this hotel. I am requesting refund from Hotel.com for the following reasons: the picture on the hotel’s website is misleading, the room is so tiny we can barely walk around. The shower is so tiny roughly 1 foot and a half each side. The toilet is so cramp we had to slide ourself to sit. The sink is so small to wash our hands, we had to brush our teeth in the shower. This hotel is 1 star at best. It cannot be 3 stars as claimed and Hotel.com charged me high price for such a mediocre hotel. Please refund.

I booked an Economy room, and I would suggest one does not do this. Breakfast was great and served with efficiency and bon homie.

Hôtel bien situé à proximité de la Gare St Roch. Ma chambre était exigüe et la salle de bains très (trop) petite. La ventilation était insuffisante. L'accueil était très cordial. Rapport qualité prix correct.

It was very nice, but the walls are thin

The room was very tiny. The shower even tinier. I keep turning the water off by trying to be under the shower head. A dog was barking all night just outside my window. Was not able to sleep. Left very early the next morning. But the staff is very nice, very helpful.

Photo qui ne correspondent à la réalité, on rentre c’est un couloir qui est une salle de bain, avec de la moisissure sur les joints, une porte hyper lourde pour accéder à la chambre, j’ai très mal dormi pas d’isolation et matelas pas confortable.

Le personnel est très agréable, l'hôtel est bien tenu et propre mais les murs sont un peu fins.

Hôtel miteux. Des odeurs horribles dans les parties communes. Ne conseille pas

Séjour agréable et personnel accueillant. La déco de la chambre est originale. L’isolation reste limitée car on entend facilement les bruits environnants dans le couloir. La chambre était propre mais le service ménage semble avoir cassé le porte serviettes dans la salle de bain et aucune information n’a été transmise / aucune initiative n’a été prise par l’hôtel en compensation, dommage. Le service ménage était assez bruyant également près de notre porte en matinée. Nous avons aussi remarqué une fuite d’eau au dessus de la douche, mais ce genre d’imprévu peut arriver. Dans l’ensemble, nous sommes satisfaits du séjour.
