The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire check-in process, from check-in to check-out. As an additional note, I had requested early check-in, but it wasn't available. However, the hotel offered luggage storage.

The room was comfortable and clean, but quite minimalist and cramped, making it difficult for Muslims to pray.

Staff hotel sangat ramah dan membantu semua dari proses check in hingga check out. Sebagai tambahan informasi waktu itu saya sudah request untuk minta early check in tapi ternyata tidak tersedia tapi pihak hotel menawarkan untuk penitipan barang.

Kamar nyaman dan bersih, tapi lumayan minimalis dan sempit agak susah untuk dibuat sholat bagi yang muslim.

Hotel room was too cramped, not enough place to hang clothes; Only 2 hangers provided. Toilet smells funny

The room is nice. Not very spacious but enough for a big luggage to be opened and having dinner with your partner on the floor. Recommended for couple travellers. At the center of city. Near the shiden (streetcar) station
