Parking was a bit difficult due to the snow- but majority of the parking lot was plowed. Staff were kind and helpful. 4/5 because The shower had almost no pressure and had this loud high pitched whistle/whine that was awful.

The floor was al scratched up and the stove was old and the microwave was old and the hair dryer was old the room looks new/ old and it smelled weird in the room and the couch seemed old

Harpreet was amazing at check in. After a long day of travelling and road closures I booked a hotel for the night. Upon check in Harpreet saw that I had animals and offered water, helped me find parking for my truck and trailer, as well as offered to keep a watchful eye on it overnight on the security cameras. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us at our late night check in! Your hospitality is very much appreciated!

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Some of the rooms are showing wear and tear. Affordable and clean, but unfortunately, the location does not make me feel the safest.

The bed sucked

Its my second time to stay in this hotel, and its very clean and recommended

The rooms are starting to look worn. The shampoo and conditioner were broken off the shower wall, there was no plug for the bath tub and the ceiling looked damaged around the smoke detector. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is affordable.

The room was great. Fresh and clean. Here is what I didn't like and what held them back from 5 stars. There was a door alarm going off all night. In the morning at exactly 11 am (checkout time) the maid banged on my door like someone was dead in there. Scared the crap out of me and my dog. I was ready to go and about to leave. That was not necessary

The toilet has a horrrible smells after every flush. It takes 20 + plus minutes to clear the odor but keeps a linger odor

Was okay, it’s usually much better. Room was a little dirty with some dirt on the floors and the bathroom being overall a little rundown with the fan cover hanging from the ceiling and the side of the bathtub not really behind connected to anything. BUT I do love staying here because for the many other times I’ve stayed here, this has been the only time it hasn’t been perfect for its price.
