There was nothing I could complain about, because every thing is excellent at this place.

Very clean, nice pool, outdoor grills.

Close to the surrounding sites such as Carlsbad Caverns.

Everything was amazing.

Everything about this property was amazing, from staff to cleanliness and location. The pool is outdoors and not heated, but it was warm enough outside to not matter. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options, even for the kiddos.

Great hotel for family vacation. Lots of room in two bedroom suite, each with king beds. Two bathrooms and comfortable living room and kitchen. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in and front desk staff very nice. Breakfast was good. The front desk clerk gave us three great dinner recommendations.

Next to a diesel generator running all night. Super loud. Avoid 124.

The lady at the front was so nice, this location has two large bbq areas by pool so got to cook steaks while kids swam. Very cozy room

Hotel was located in convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping area. Room was clean and specious, comfortable beds, good variety for breakfast, nice and friendly staff. Total recommend for family travel vacation or business.

Hotel was dirty, food and mess and bugs were in the room when we checked in. Avoid.

Our stay was wonderful. The only issue was there was a family that let their children run up and down the hallways late at night but this is not the hotel’s fault. Enjoy our stay!

Clean and new friendly staff

Very CLEAN, well cared for property with professional, courteous and helpful staff. After traveling and staying in disappointing hotels for a week this one was just what we needed. We will stay again when in town. Great job to the managing staff !

The kitchen was nit as advertised and barely equipped. The sink was backed up and we needed to have the staff come in and unclog the garbage disposal. The shower hand mold and mildue above the 6.5 foot mark. The beds were marginal at best. The front desk staff said they would comp us bouns points for the inconvenience and that never happed. Dont waste your time and money. Their are plenty of other places to stay

Heating system moved to extremes and didn’t stay at set point
