The service was excellent, fast, and responsive. The rooms were also clean and hot water was always available. Unfortunately, the loud noise of vehicles was a bit distracting. Otherwise, everything was fine.

towels need to be replaced because many of the stitches have come off. cold room. Zest in Bogor, Bdg, Sby room always has cold AC, late co asked at 1pm already confirmed still knocked on the door by Hk guy and girl. should have knocked again after 13.00. reception girl was a bit rude when checking in, asked for late co at 14.00 pm said you would be charged 100k. can you answer if you can't reply in more polite language. the security is polite.

Stayed here twice, it's quite comfortable & close to the Botanical Gardens. Suggestions: Provide free water refills in every corridor like budget hotels (Amar*s, Fav*), and have more varied breakfast.

The location is fantastic, close to everything, and you don't have to worry about getting hungry if you bring kids, as it's right next to McDonald's, Burger King, and Domino's Pizza. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It definitely makes you want to come back.

I apologize, but if you'd like, I'd recommend replacing the bedroom and bathroom lights with white ones to brighten the room at night. Warm lights provide minimal light and aren't suitable for working with laptops or reading books. I hope you'll accept my suggestion.
