O que me deixou mais decepcionada foi a falta de entreterimento no próprio hotel. Essa história de a noite ter show na vila é totalmente fora dos padrões de resort. Primeiro porque não há sequer lugar para sentarmos, depois, shows desestruturados, sem qualquer contato com o público. Pessimo. Horrível. Então, é um hotel “all inclusive”. Para mim, falta muito para chegar num padrão resort. Além disso, as bebidas são ruins na beira da praia, ou seja, os drinks vão piorando (do lounge melhores, bar da piscina caem a qualidade, bar da praia, pessimo). Deveriam manter os mesmos em todos, uma vez que, não é raro quando queremos manter a bebida que estamos tomando. Outro fato que é de suma importância, é que vcs não se preocupam em li limpar a praia que seus hóspedes (mal educados) sujam. Sei que isso é um absurdo, ninguém deveria deixar a praia suja, mas deixam e vcs não limpam. Da até nojo ficar na areia. Por fim, meu esposo caiu na escada de acesso à praia porque a madeira está completamente incluinada. Em 30 minutos 3 pessoas caíram no mesmo local.

O local é muito bonito, a piscina bem desenhada, todo o staff feminino e metade do masculino com quem interagimos foi super simpático, e a vila é muito charmosa. Por outro lado o quarto era úmido e ultrapassado, roupa de cama rasgada, frigobar que desligava ao sair do quarto, a outra metade do staff masculino foi antipático e impaciente, o local é um complexo de resorts e as outras piscinas ficam afastadas, as opções de bebidas são bem limitadas, os locais com comida são em fila de bandejão com pratinho de festa para salsicha e salgadinhos, o hall de recepção é muito quente, várias partes do resort em obras ou em avançado grau de desgaste, e todas as coisas bonitas ou interessantes na vila não estão cobertas pelo all-inclusive. Mas o pior de tudo é ter que ficar agendando cada atividade, inclusive refeições, que já é algo chato mas fica extremamente anti-climático por precisar ser feito pelo WhatsApp com uma atendente virtual direto dos anos 80, com menu de números e vários passos e diálogos para cada ação que você quer tomar - tudo isto para no fim a maioria das coisas não funcionar no domingo ou passarem você de qualquer forma para um atendente humano. Foi bom pelo sol, por estar na família, pela beleza. Mas não recomendo - e se não souber que mudou, não volto.

The place is very nice, amazing pools, a lot of food and drinks available all day. The buildings are old, they need new painting, new furniture. My only problem was the room next to me, it was a very loud couple, they were waking me up every day. The couple was very bad, they were saying bad words all the time...not fun, I complained 3 times with the stufff, they did not do nothing. Disappoointed.

This location has historically been where the well-off in the area congregate for a relaxing vacation; however, it seems to have slipped drastically from peak performance. Overall the food was disappointing with limited options and large gaps between serving hours which ( in my case) did not allow for leisurely meal times. I felt I had to plan too much to make sure we did not miss the window for lunch or dinner before the majority of food options were removed for the overnight food service. In addition, there is only one bar area that operates after 6pm with at most two bartenders that can barely keep up with both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink service for the entire population of the resort wing you are assigned. In summary, this was not the relaxing, leisurely experience that was promised but just another place to go where you have to cater to the whims of the hotels hours. If you have the option, spend your vacation in Cancun or Cozumel

Very nice experience, wonderful place, lot of things to do, recommended for families with small kids. The food is good, the rooms are clean, the pool is very nice. On the down side the staff only speaks Portuguese and the facilities needs a little maintenance. Overall experience was very good, we are probably going to come back in a couple of years.

The foodwas terrible, we had problems to eat!! The drinks are very poor, vodka Orloff!! Please!!!!! Wine so bad!!!! I will never come back!!

Exellent for kids. Great climate. A lot of activities for all the family. Needs an opten bar ay night.

When I selected Suipe Resorts, I believed in a great name when talking about resorts in Brazil. However, from the very first minute, the experience couldn't be worse. Long lines for checking in, crowdy front desk, noisy restaurant. During the check in process, Mr Edeilton was outstanding understanding my initial disappointment and showing me the options both trying me to convince to stay there (presenting the rooms and ammenities) and offering a paid upgrade to Sauipe Premium, which was my choice by the end. Unfortunately, my general perception is that guests messed the All-inclusive regime with "eat and drink as much as you can".

Beautiful location, amazing pools, open spaces and beach. Hotel staff is amazingly courteous and attentive. There is some need for updating fixtures, facilities, but in general a very pleasant experience.

Best hotel are Ala sol and Ala mar. Close to the beach. The food is not international and there is not diabetic nor celiac plates.

o hotel precisa passar por reforma, monitorares de atividades precisão prestar atenção ao som na piscina . . algumas vezes era muito alto sem qualidade e tocando 2 musicas ao mesmo tempo ..

Ar-condicionado ótimo, cama grande, chuveiro muito bom e quarto e banheiro com ótimo tamanho. Embora as instalações sejam um pouco antigas, o local é confortável e a natureza ao redor é belíssima. A comida é variada e agrada diferentes gostos. Já o atendimento me pareceu frio em alguns momentos. Os funcionários cumpriam suas funções, mas sem muita cordialidade.
