Was double charged for my room. The clerk was helpful in taking one charge off. I have stayed at the Best Western and their breakfast was one reason I used them again. This time the breakfast was lacking the eggs were dried out and tasted odd. I was disappointed.

Great bed, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff. Only recommendation is bring some earplugs because the walls are a bit thin and people get up early to be on the water.

Loved that there's a hot tub in the room. Conveniently located if visiting the sights in Homer. Noises from other rooms carry, people having parties or having mobility at 2AM, 4AM, etc.

Staff was very kind!! Hotel was nice and clean, loved being able to walk to any eatery that was nearby. They have coffee available 24hrs at the front desk!! Loved my stay there!

Easy, convenient, spacious 2 queen beds, hot shower, hot tea in room and hot breakfast for a reasonable rate. Lovely!

Breakfast was better than many other " Hotel Breakfasts." Staff was friendly, room was nice but, it didn't have air conditioning and sleeping with the window open was at times very noisy. Nice view from our room and the restaurant was fun and well priced.

The night we checked in the office staff was very friendly but the lady (Sky) that worked the day shifts was very snarky and rude. She should not be in customer service. The "shuttle" is only used at their convenience and limited times and destinations- airport or ferry. Had to take taxi from and to airport even though times were reasonable business hours. This shuttle did not move the entire time we stayed, 4 days. Will not stay at Bidarka Best Western again!
