Hotel is well maintained though a bit older. Staff were super polite. Hotel was quiet though it was booked full when we were there. Breakfast was a 10/10 for a continental and it also had an expresso machine for an added bonus.

This hotel was a delightful stop on our trip from Saskatchewan to Victoria. The staff was very gracious and helpful, and the accommodations were comfortable.

The hotel was clean and quiet. I had a room next to the elevator and didn't notice any noise from it at all. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was perfect to get the day started.

Everything was great, no pool but they do offer passes to the local pool. Unfortunately the public swim hours at the pool were not convenient. Wanda was fantastic and she goes well over and above to take care of all the teams staying at the hotel.

Stay was as advertised. Staff was very helpful. Check-in was easy. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Options are limited in Three Hills, but the staff is knowledgeable about what restaurants are open and which ones to stay away from.

Nice clean hotel with excellent staff

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Three Hills, AB. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options. The true highlight, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the lovely woman running the breakfast room went above and beyond to make us and our little guy feel so welcome. Her kindness truly stood out. The beds were a bit firm and there’s no pool, but the exceptional service more than made up for it. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The front desk concierge Wanda was amazing-so friendly and personable, attempted to get to know all of the hockey teams and parents. Breakfast was fantastic, and the host in the dining room was so sweet and attentive. Would absolutely recommend!

Wanda is AMAZING. She is so kind, so helpful and just an absolute pleasure to be in the presence of. Clean, spacious rooms with tons of storage for your belongings. Good continental breakfast. The only thing I could say needs improving is some sound boards in the game room so its not as loud with a bunch of kids.
