Clean toom

Staff was friendly, and everything was clean.

Hotel was pretty good. Included breakfast. Breakfast was very middle of the road. Breakfast not a draw for next stay.

Included with the rate so basic, but very nice staff.

The rooms were clean , loved their pillows, the vending machines were not the best but it is a hotel , hot tub was hot in morning first thing however later in afternoon just warm , pool was great , the free breakfast was good but not if you got there at 9 on Monday there wasn’t much left and dried out but the w/e was great hot and nice variety

The breakfast really wasn’t the best, no coffee until we were almost finished eating. White bread was stale. Atmosphere was great tho.

There was limited warm food selection at the breakfast buffet and only one fruit available. The room was clean, though I was informed upon check-in that they were trying a new approach to housekeeping and rooms would not be cleaned, nor would towels be changed each day. As regular travellers to Camrose, I’m not certain we would stay here again.

It’s an okay property. They weee very short staffed, not the cleanest but not awful. The new pool was the best part.

The pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and the salon and spa were closed for renos. Room was very clean.

Savanna was great, she had us registered quickly and was very friendly. Hotel and casino were very clean and spacious. Casinos restaurant food was very good also. Happy Hour prices were fantastic. Fun place to go for a couple day getaway.

Nice hotel, the rooms are clean. Staff are friendly, and you can never complain about an attached casino.

Check-in was easy. The staff was friendly. The room was nice and quiet. And we got vouchers for free breakfast.
