Wonderful staff. Nice amenities. Great location. The beds need to be burned. The ruts in the mattresses were so deep we could barely turn over and you’re literally stuck in one of the two “lanes” all night.

The nosiest hotel I have ever stayed in, bin men at 5am person in reception watching videos on their phone, staff setting up breakfast early morning!! No sleep decided to get up and go home

The room was lovely, as were the staff. Cleanliness of the room and hotel was great, and the beds were comfortable. Lovely touch by replenishing waters etc in the room. We felt the continental breakfast was overpriced. However, we felt let down by the fact that the shower did nid not work whereby there was no water pressure or any warm/hot water.

There wasn’t enough hot water for showers either in the evening or the morning. But the rooms were clean and the hotel was nice and quiet, in a great location.

Lovely cosy room. Location and staff excellent. Exceed expectations - especially when comparing to the cost of other hotels in the area and what we got at Vanbrugh House Hotel.

The room was quite quirky but well appointed. We received a bottle of wine in our room which was a nice touch. We would stay here again as the location was good and everything we wanted to do was within easy walking distance. We parked at the park and ride which was cheap and easy.

Hotel was lovely - warm, cosy and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location excellent. Only things to improve would be the gluten free breakfast as the croissants were hard (the normal breakfast was lovely though) and the water pressure in the shower was very low.

Fabulous location!! Room was huge bathroom was not. Free bottle of wine was tasty. No lift but the lovely lady working checkin hoisted my daughters 51 lb suitcase up two flights of stairs even though we tried to talk her out of it. Alittle loud at night but not too late but not unexpected given the great location!!

The room was lovely with an enormous bath. We really enjoyed having the sitting room separate from the bedroom. Very nice staff as well!

Would have given 5 stars but the bed was too hard for me and my husband. Really hurt my hips. Otherwise a great hotel. Location perfect. Room really nice. Would visit again

Very nice room, clean and spacious. The second room was a nice addition and the bathroom looked great. Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was very low and almost unusable, water was nowhere near warm enough
