The place was so clean that is the reason I am giving five stars

Rude staff , very old hotel , outdated decoration , loud air conditioning system

Its location is good, but its service is not good.

The check in was very friendly and easy, the staff immediately came out and helped find a parking space . Perfect! Room was nice and clean and warm no complaints either. We even got a fruit plate. Shower was big and we had plenty of hot water. Clean! Location is perfect because we could walk everywhere. Breakfast was so so. Nothing special but not bad. Just nothing special. We would definitely come back

Great location, clean and welcoming, the guys at the reception are very helpful when you have questions about the area.

The suite I stayed in for one night haf all the basic amenities provided. The extremely comfortable bed certainly needs a seperate praise. Unfortunately, did not have the chance to try out the breakfast. Although the district houses many well-known hotels, the surrounding neighborhood is somewhat sketchy at night. A cab back to the hotel should not cost too much. I would certainly come back to Kaya Prestige for my next trip.

Hotel recebe muito mais gente do que comporta, assim o atendimento deixa a desejar. Pessima organização no Check in, filas no cafe da manhã e refeições. Nos quartos, falta manutenção.

Konumu için tercih ettiğim bir oteldi.Otel temiz ve konforluydu.Ancak otel çevresinden gelen kötü bir koku vardı.Uyumadan uyumaya otele gittiğim için sorun etmedim.Personelleri güler yüzlüydü.Rezervasyonu sadece oda olarak yaptırdığım için yemekleri hakkında bir bilgim yok.Sigara içilmeyen oda istemiştim,bu isteğimi yerine getirmişlerdi.Genel anlamda memnun kaldım.

Konumundan dolayı seçtiğimiZ bir oteldi.Otel odaları çok bakımsız ve oda sigara kokuyordu.Yastıklar çok rahatsız ve ağır bir koku sinmişti.
