Was a great little hotel would definitely stay there again

Not a 4* hotel and massively overpriced, clean enough and comfortable beds

Great old hotel, wonderful friendly staff. Only small issue was the elevator. Intermittent out of service issue but other than that, a wonderful hotel

Great property, Anja was great at the front to check us in, rooms are large, clean, and beds comfy.

We arrived on the morning clipper from Seattle and the hotel stored our bags free of charge until check in at 4pm. This allowed us to explore Victoria right off the bat! At the end of our stay, the staff once again stored our bags until we needed to go on the evening clipper ride. The staff was very nice and even checked in on us a few hours after we checked into our room!

Location

Great location, easy walk to dining, shopping, and nightlife. Room was spacious and clean. We liked having the rooftop bar, the Sticky Wicket, and the nightclub in our building. Would stay again!

The best thing this has going for it is location location location!!

Very pleasant stay! The 3 very cheerful young ladies at reception - Anjo, Elvie, & Malohat were incredibly welcoming and genuinely engaged in providing great customer service. Anjo went above and beyond in handling a request. The room decor was current, cozy and comfortable. Great location with a multitude of restaurants and restaurants both in house and close by. We will stay again.

Little gem hidden downtown. We booked this hotel as close proximity to Save On Memorial to see Bryan Adams, not much else available at the time. Very surprised and impressed with the hotel and rooms, super clean and well maintained and great staff! Would recommend!

Pretty good place, the towels are very small

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Anya at the front desk was especially pleasant and put forth the extra effort to make our stay comfortable.
