The Loft that we stayed in was very nice and clean. Really enjoyed the space. The biggest drawback was the communication. To many of what I called threats about the deposit and not enough description of what was actually expected. Communication was terrible we received different check in and out times, and then was givin a parking spot that was already taken which took over an hour to get worked out. Just to much jumping through hoops. Like having to call the host when you check out but still return the 1 key and garage key to the front desk. If you have the keys then your occupant has check out. That all being said the loft is really nice and convenient.

Great location. Rooftop pool was nice but spa was empty and not usable. It was busy when we were there and difficult to get an elevator. And if we did they were all packed full of people.

Was pretty good. Checki-in is a little confusing with different entrances and getting keys. Also at 12:30 the neighbours were screaming in the hallway and got into a fight. Not sure the long term but a bit concerning domestic dispute apparently turned physical right outside the door. Not very safe with this type of neighbours.

I arrived Life Suites apartment In Toronto with my family expecting a refreshing 4-day mini-vacation after attending my son's graduation in Ottawa. What I got instead was a reallocation of my previously designated apartment to one in another building (both connected) as mine had already been allocated to someone else. Then when I paid for parking I was now allocated a parking spot in the other building meaning I had to first come down to the lobby of the other building, then cross over the road to the other building toget to my apartment. It gets better. After extending my checkout, I opened the door to my apartment intending to go to the lobby to drop my keys only to be accosted by an extremely rude and surly cleaning staff who demanded I hand over the keys to her. When I pointed out that the instructions were for guests to put the keys in a specially designated envelope and hand over to the front desk, she muttered "whatever". When I pointed out she was being rude she insisted that I was the one been rude to her. At the point of dropping off the keys I noticed she was already waiting there and reported her misconduct to the front desk with her interrupting, insisted I was a liar and that "she was not my child". Suffice to say I will not be returning anytime soon. If you enjoy unpredictability, stress, drama with a healthy dose of insults incorporated into your holiday plans please go ahead and give them a try. Otherwise flee for your dear lives.

Beautiful, quiet building with amazing views of the tower and Rogers Center. Pool on roof was a nice touch. We were here during the heatwave, so it was refreshing. Love the view from up there. We had room 1222, Penthouse suite ❤️ which was a surprise to us.

I don’t why anyone would complain about anything about this place. It’s PERFECT! location, the security in the lobby, the CLEANLINESS, and AMENITIES it’s all I could ask for. Very clear instructions and quick responses. I’ve stay in a lot of condotels and this is one of the best one. Went up on my list, and I highly recommend, and Ill be back.

Great location! Very clean inside, balcony was needing a clean though. Easy check in/out and the rooftop pool was amazing although both it and the whirlpool were closed on our last morning the one time I wanted to use it and with no warning or idea of when it would reopen. Luckily it was open after the baseball game that night but they were very strict about closing time which seemed unfair as it should have been open at 6 am and still wasn’t at 9:30 am so a little leeway for the 24 people that were enjoying it would have been appreciated. TV operation was very difficult and one remote had no directions with the online info. I managed to figure it out. It got very hot on and off at night but the on line instructions were explaining winter use and there were clear buttons on the wall unit, so I didn’t touch it. Water pressure in the shower was seriously lacking but likely a while building issue. Overall it was a good stay and I’d recommend it.

I’ve been home for a day and I have many bites—with more showing up. I was in suite 3109. I think it should be checked for bed bugs. Please let me know. I don’t know how else I would have been biten so many times. There were no mosquitoes that we noticed. We were in the immediate area for our stay. Walked to the Blue Jays games and the Hockey Hall of Fame. Otherwise, the stay was very good. Excellent view. Very clean and comfortable! And the location worked very well for us. Our car was scratched while parked in the garage though.

If one is not expecting a hotel, the apartment is excellent value, and the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom provided excellent accomodation for 4 adults and 2 children. The suite is not perfect, but it is similar to a well equipped and well maintained home, even with some minor problems. We will be glad to book with this property, if we come to Toronto again. An advice for larger families, you can ask for 2 sets of keys and it makes life much easier.

The parking was very confusing for a first time visitor. I wanted to stay longer, but couldn’t figure out how to make a garage reservation.
