I just want to give 2 stars to the person at the front desk ..because honestly i think they should work on the customer service... at least for the person who attend me on Saturday the 28 around 6 pm . This is not the first time that i use this hotel and i know that they have a better service ... other than that the rest of the service it was pretty good

The hotel was great and with friendly staff. Breakfast was very good too. It would be better if lighting was positioned better in the hotel and more water pressure. Restaurant in front of hotel is nice, just slow service. But I will stay again

Our room faced the major street and it was loud. I’d avoid getting a room facing the street. The bathroom smelled moldy.

Very nice hotel in a great location and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and safe. They provide an excellent breakfast in the morning. Definitely recommend.

There was mold in bathroom, bed was hard as a rock, can hear other people in hallways, & breakfast could of have more selection

Right in the heart of the town. Easy to get to things. Room was a bit musty and the sink in the bathroom has no hot water hooked up. Otherwise an enjoyable stay for a night, but doubt we'd go back.

Para empezar...soy platinum member de expedia desde hace mas de 10 años... No visiten este hotel! No sirve el telefono No sirve el clima.estamos a 38 grados.. No me cambiaron de cuarto. El " gerente" vino a checar el clima y segun ya estaba trabajando... Una toalla nada mas. Y una botellita de agua... Orizaba tiene muchas otras opciones...lamento que este hotel este tan mal....

Great location, clean, comfortable bed, hot and powerful shower, coffee maker and great staff.

Basic good condition hotel with good shower, bottled water and OK breakfast. I got quiet room (courtyard view) but heard toilet flushing from other room and housekeepers organized their meeting right near my door. Why housekeepers love to speak with each other without paying attention to guests? And one more strange thing: they collect my towels few hours before check out, I have no towel to dry my hands after washing. Also not ‘Do not dusturb’ door sign there.

Quite room, good beds to sleep comfortable, great breakfast but missed hand & face towels!

Great hotel for the price. Great location , close to parks , restaurants and local shopping. Nice breakfast.

Not bad for the money

Hotel is ok. I was assigned a room at the front of building which faced to an extremely busy and noisy avenue. Noise all night long. Room had roaches. Bathroom has an awkward design which makes it not too funcional. Elevator did not work one morning. Breakfast was nice and hotel restaurant personnel very attentive.

Ugly and very dark rooms, neglected and not very clean

I like this hotel very much. It’s the second time I stay here and it’s been the best so far. The size is perfect for me to move around and not hit my pinky toe. The bed is delicious, perfect to sleep and feel rested. It includes a very delicious breakfast to start my day. I feel pampered every time I’m here.
