Good stay!

We went to Alexandria to celebrate the life of a family member. The trip was hard, and the grief great. Just knowing we had a hotel that was comfortable clean and safe made the difference.

I liked nothing about this property.

Took almost 2 hrs to get checked in. The AC in one room didn't work. TV in other didn't work. Called front desk but no one came to fix either problem

This stay was absolutely horrible I would not at all recommend this place pool was not heated ice cold actually and the water stank like it had been stagnant for months a. Was not working in our first room got switched to another and the shower did not work the place looked like they just painted the front and the back was ghetto and old the breakfast made me and my wife sick

The room has bedbugs

The room was not cleaned. Previous people clothing was left. Their food items, etc and I got bit twice by something. Still waiting for a refund or partial

Our family is from Wisconsin and stay here every time we visit. The staff are very respectful, helpful and professional. Parking is very convenient, the rooms are clean and have everything one needs. Last but not least, the complimentary breakfast is great! Highly recommend 👍

Great stay - clean, comfortable, and a solid breakfast We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western of Alexandria Inn & Suites & Conference Center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. One small issue-the breakfast area felt a little rushed. When we walked in (still during breakfast hours), the chairs were already on the tables and a staff member was cleaning, which made it feel like they were wrapping up early. Still, it didn't take away from the overall experience. Once the renovations are complete, we’d definitely stay here again.

The rooms were cleaned however they were a bit outdated!

The room was large and clean. I liked the fact that the room did NOT have carpet. The free breakfast had MANY choices.

Do not be deceived!! The pictures they have on their website are very deceiving!! This hotel was dirty, very old, and had to switch rooms because of dirty bedding! Do not stay here!

We stay here every year for my daughter's high school dance because of the convenience and friendly ness of the staff and indoor pool and breakfast is really good for the price

Booked simply because it had a hot tub , it was out of order. AC did not work in the room.

The lobby of this hotel is nice but the rooms are not clean. Our bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned at all and had the previous guests hair everywhere. Gross. I will say Tyler, the night security guard was extremely nice and very helpful in assisting us finding our room. Also beware no elevators to second floor access and with lots of luggage was very difficult.

We drove nonstop for over 13 hours. It was great to have a hassle free check in, the room I booked(it was clean and smoke free), and easy to find in a quiet area. I also loved that while the website said the pool was closed: it was open: a great way to stretch out the kinks of travel.
