The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. They provided a really nice experience. The room was very and the bed extremely comfortable.

When you pay for four people it would have been nice to have four towels for everyone to shower

Spacious, clean and well appointed room.

Welcoming staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The green chili at breakfast is great.

The facility is old but the room was clean and adequate for a quick stay

No elevator for 2nd floor rooms. Bathroom sink barely drained. Shower tub needed a safety mat - very slick!

Lots of people standing around. Cars in/out at various times. Breakfast was okay.

I was not even able to stay here. When I arrived, they gave me 3 different dirty rooms, and then said that they had no available clean ones. The person at the front desk said it was because their cleaning staff hadn't arrived for their shift. I had to get a refund and stay at another hotel. Not trying to be rude, but probably the worst hotel experience ever.

Comfortable and clean. Laundry facility that was convenient . Located near the wildlife reserves. Visited the Great Sand Dunes NP.

Two words: bed bugs. 😡
