One night stay. More of a motel setup. Basic room, clean & comfortable. Breakfast was your normal fare for a Best Western. Pool and hot tub looked clean, but we didnt use either. We had a room near the front, which came with road noise, but died down as it got later. All in all a nice stay for a stopover to Great Sands Nat'l Park.

I would suggest getting a new tub. This one was almost black with age and bubbled. I would also suggest alway be sure shampoo and conditioner and body wash is full. I showered later in the evening only to find no shampooing or conditioner after my long hair was wet. Too late to do anything about it. These are easy fixes to make one’s stay a positive experience. But the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was great. Pool was clean. Enjoyed my stay.

We were upgraded to a suite without our knowledge. It was a sweet surprise!

The room was very clean and the staff was great! The hotel is old and we could hear the road and everything happening around us. Our ac unit was loud but even when we turned it off we could hear the AC unit next door to us. The coffee in the morning was great!

We have stayed at this Best Western location before and had zero problems. Our only complaint this time around was the breakfast. This was the first time ever that the breakfast at a Best Western was subpar. The scrambled eggs were over cooked and they had what looked like chop suey sauce next to the eggs. To say we were disappointed in the breakfast choices was an under statement. We expect more from Best Western. Other than the breakfast, it was a wonderful stay.

The room was clean. The breakfast was tasty. Very nice staff.

Would not recommend this hotel. Dirty, outdated and things falling apart. Broken lampshade. Rusty items in the bathroom. Room had not been cleaned after previous occupant. Unmade bed. Dirty towels and bathroom. Not good enough Best Western.

Overall good stay with a nice breakfast. The TV was difficult to operate and we needed assistance to get it to work!

The entrance is terrible. The desk clerk was great. The light in in room is poor. The shower wall dispenser needs replaced. Carpet doesn't look good

The hotel was ok for a small town. However the bathtub looked filth and had a poor reglaze which made it look unappealing. Beds were a bit too small and hard and the pillows were very uncomfortable. It served its purpose and was enough for my purposes.

Stayed one night whilst visiting Great Sand Dunes. 10 minute drive into centre of Alamosa. Hotel is motel style and has plenty of parking. Clean and functional for a one night stay.
