Bathroom was not clean, pink mold in shower corner indicated it had not been sanitized in quite some time. Soap scum could be scraped off by your fingernail. There was a pile of dirt/dust and hair on the floor at the corners of the bathtub. There were toothpaste spatters on the dark cabinets. The shower curtain rods were rusted through and rust stains were rubbing off onto the fabric on the shower curtain. Visible dust accumulated in the cabinets. When asking for the bathroom floor and shower to be cleaned the issues were not fully addressed. We received fresh towels but the dust, splatter, mold and dirt/hair piles remained. The dead mosquito that had been sitting on the bathroom floor by the toilet since we checked in remained as well. Chunks of granola were in the carpet and stuck to your socks. The kitchenette, fridge and pool area was clean and appeared well maintained. We did not visit the restaurant. We have stayed at this hotel for several years and this is the first time we had concerns with the cleanliness.

We were assigned a room on the 2nd floor with a bunch of barking dogs. Also next to the service/utility room. Noise and banging started at 515 am.

Bed was comfy with good pillow. Breakfast was free but it does say to expect up to an hour wait during busy times (which made it seem less usable). Lots of parking. Good AC. Water pressure wasn’t the best. It was just one night and I’d totally go back.

My husband lined up for breakfast, after he was seated, the family of four next in line was served first, it is very sad and frustrating because he was hungry, long wait and line up. Everything else was excellent

Great place for kids. The waterslide and pool were perfect!

Breakfast was really good. Be sure you are not in a hurry. Room was beautiful and had more than we needed. Staff was friendly.

Loved going to the swimming pool, not too many people in there. Liked having a drink in the bar - it's very convenient. Breakfast was very good, even though not much variety.

Good place to stay

This place needs a thorough renovation. It is old, grungy, smells of old dirt and is just plain yuck. The A/C system kept our group (2 seniors and a 6 & 8 year old) awake most of the night. It sounded like there was a 747 taking off in our room. The "top rated" breafast they advertise, is a sit down option where you order from 4 different items they offer. The breakfast ticket lets you know that you may wait an hour to get your breakfast. NO THANK YOU. We got up early, grabbed McDonalds and were out of the room before 9AM. We were there to spend the night with our grandkids, swimming and water-sliding and of course having another round of that in the morning, The pool area was freezing cold. We didn't last half an hour. Our room was booked for 4 people. The room sleeps 4 people. There were only towels for 2 people and there was no bedding for the sofa bed. To say this property disappointed everyone is an understatement. Our grandkids are pro's at hotel hopping as we do it often for good swimming and bonding experiences. They were crushed by this place. Boo!!

Stay overall was okay. It was frustrating paying extra for a 3rd person and then having to go to front desk to get the bedding and then back down to front desk to get a 3rd towel and extra coffee pod for the morning. Not a huge inconvenience however if you are paying extra for a 3rd person I would expect that fee to cover providing the necessary items to accommodate them.
