The room was dusty, and the brasses on the toilet are also dirty. They have a laundry machine & dryer, but it was dusty as well. I found out because there was dust on my laundered clothes.

The ryokan style room is compact, comfortable and can leave luggage.

I really like it. Not far from Kyoto Station. Reception staff can take good care. Cute. Feeling like a ryokan. There is a yukata to put on. Filled with lotus water. Satisfied, showered and refreshed like mineral water. Love Love

Japanese-style hotel, which makes it comfortable, like in Japanese cartoons. Strategic hotel just walk to Kyoto Station.

The hotel is very close to Kyoto Station, so it is very convenient. The room was exactly as described. We booked a Japanese style room, it was an amazing experience. There's a handy smart phone for guest use but we did not use it. There were two sets of Yukata for us to try on. Very interesting.

The room is very neat and clean. It's close to the Kyoto Station, on Hachijo dori side the opposite way of the central exit.

Location near train station and bus stop. Where is it easy? It's just that the receptionist starts at 2pm so if you want to check in you have to take a shower and leave your own items. The receptionist is very friendly and can be english. Schedule of check-out at 10 o'clock. Rooms are clean though narrow. The overall price is very good, clean and comfortable.

Good location, closed to kyoto station, restaurant and mall. Yoshinoya restaurant 24h about 10m walk. Can borrow free mobile mobile wifi. The receptionist from Indonesia.
