Great hotel! Everything was fantastic. Big rooms, comfortable beds, big balcony. Loved the hot tub!

Everything was top notch here

Very impressed. Welcome amenities like fruit, specialty coffees and cookies, as well as a dog bed, water bowl and dog treat were appreciated. A hot breakfast with good variety helped us begin our day. Great location. Walkable to many local experiences. Will stay here again when we return to Fernie.

It was clean, beds were comfortable and free breakfast was great. Loved that Boston Pizza was attached and Starbucks was across the parking lot. Pool and hot tubs were nice. Staff ard friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Room was super clean and even on day 2 they cleaned again and refill with new towels. Breakfast service was amazing. Overall my stay was wonderful.

The hotel room could be updated.

Love the fact that we can store our bikes on site, and enjoy a quantity breakfast and clean room.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Balcony view of the mountains was perfect, even in the rain it’s covered to enjoy! 15-20min walk to downtown but most things were closed by 5:00. Bummer

Rooms and washrooms were pretty clean and cleaning staff did a great job.

Very nice place for the budget. It was funny that they had an abundance of toilet paper in the room. Four rolls instead of the standard one. Nice fireplace. The only cons which to me were minor were that I found the pillows too soft, the breakfast could have used warming trays, and the pool towels were thin. Other than that, it was great. It was even attached to a restaurant so you didn't have to walk outside which in this case was good because it was raining.

Beautifully mountain location with amenities close by. Room was fantastic except for one small flaw being a lack of pillow selection. Lots of fat pillows that makes sleeping uncomfortable, they should include at least one skinnier pillow to coose from.
