The place was clean n staff had good hospitality

The elevator was broken and I wasn’t notified… then was assigned to the 4th floor. The stairs killed me with all my luggage.. I definitely won’t be returning to this location. If I’d been notified about the elevator I wouldn’t be so aggravated

Only trouble we had was that room keys had to be reset 2 times. We enjoyed the pool the best.

An awesome place to stay. Quite and was able to sleep good.

The rooms cleaned like mold, the water smells, carpet dirty, TV did work, I had to change room, the property looks terrible grass not cut. The food for breakfast is uneatable.i have called the property several times and no one calls back. PLEASE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Clean rooms, great service & so convenient if you have loved ones on the hospital cause ots roght across the street. My family & I enjoyed our stay :)

Key card didn't work had to get new ones several times. But over all good stay

The room smelled like mold

This hotel provided a quite, clean and comfortable stay. I had spent over 20 hours on a plane from Thailand. It was great to find this hotel that helped me catch up on my sleep. Every staff member I interacted with were kind and professional. The price of the stay for the service and amenities was perfect.

Rooms felt a little muggy, but overall 7/10 stay!

They let us check in early and the staff was very friendly

Make sure you take pictures of furniture as soon as you enter room so you don’t get deposit taken for things that were already in poor condition.

I have stayed in hotels all over the world. I travel for work often. This location was a hidden gem in so many ways. I have properties in the area, and not only was it close to where i needed to be but for a last minute reservation , the accommodations were outstanding. I give 1000 percent credit for this excellent stay to Juanita Raymond!!!! Her customer service skills, friendliness, smile, and her knowledge of what to do in Tavares was exceptional. I will have continuing business to do in this area and trust i will be staying at this location with no hesitations.

During the check-in process, I specifically asked to make note not to be disturbed. Not only was I disturbed, my room number and location was given to somebody that came into the hotel looking for me around 10 10:30 PM. The unwanted visitor came to my room And was knocking and pounding on my door.

On our second night there we couldn’t get into our room because the battery on the door lock died. They didn’t have anyone to fix it. We were given another room but all of our belongings were stuck in the other room until the next morning. We slept in our clothes. No toothbrush. No apologies. Nothing done to make it right

When I entered my room the smell of mold or dirty AC was overpowering and my throat began to itch and then close. I knew I couldn’t stay in the room. The receptionist was nice and said she would ask the manager for a refund for me…however the manager denied my request and I lost my money for the night. I would NOT recommend this hotel!!! I understand things happen but to not honor refund when it was causing an health issue AND I did not use the room is unacceptable.

Check in was a breeze and great guest relations. Went to the room and there was a commercial type fan in the room, of course went right back down figured there was a water leak. I was met quickly with apologies statimg the carpets were recently cleaned and another room; with a betterbview was quickly given. The amenities were great, room was comfy (trying to figure out wjere to get those pillows..lol), and staff was awesome!
