Great customer service and so helpful

It was very secure but overly so. I got the impression staff was there to police and watch you more than to serve and help you. It was clean and quiet and worth the price.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was decent if not a bit worn and dated. The pillows were terrible though. Very small and too soft to be supportive. There was also no elevator. I was a bit sick and climbing up the ramp/stairs was exhausting. It is in a good location close to the mall and consulate if that is important to you. As many other reviews have mentioned, it is a bit pricey for what you are getting.

La habitacion tenia un olor muy fuerte a perfume y tuvimos que dejar abierta la puerta mucho tiempo para que se refrescara el ambiente. El abanico de la calefaccion tiene un balero con problemas y hace un ruido intenso que no nos permitio dormir en paz.

The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff conducted themselves professionally. We also appreciated the assistance provided by the security personnel. The room and hotel areas had a pleasant, clean scent, which we truly valued. However, we were disappointed to find that the bed linens had not been properly cleaned, as there were noticeable strands of hair on the sheets. Additionally, the parking area felt quite limited, with tight spaces that made maneuvering difficult.

The service was great but no amenities. No coffee, no mini fridge, no microwave the holtel itself is nice The beds are hard and uncomfortable.

I was traveling on vacation with a trailer and was told that i couldn't stay there even though there was room to park, they wouldn't budge on it, lost my money!!!

Necesita una remodelación urgente. Las toallas super viejas, huele mal la habitación. No tienen contactos para cargar el celular. Ha sido una mala experiencia. El servicio de las personas es muy bueno, son gentiles y serviciales.

They have security officers they are so helpful for everything of you needs and checking personal are so nice and professional
