This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. It’s small, beautiful, clean, and incredibly calm and quiet. The hotel has a stunning garden filled with flowers, and the rooftop offers amazing views of the volcano. At night, the vibe is relaxed and enjoyable, with live music that makes it feel extra special. The staff was so welcoming, attentive, and helpful—they truly went above and beyond. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were, helping us schedule taxis and holding our luggage on the last day after checkout while we waited for our flight. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, this is the perfect place, while still being just a 2-minute walk from the central plaza.

At first we were disappointed by no air condition, the next day we realized because the nights were cooler, that was the reason i assume there was no air condition. The staff was very friendly, helpful, they immediately tried to help if there was an issue. The hotel was very central to every where. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

Room was absolutely beautiful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Has a beautiful courtyard for relaxing. Close to everything. Just a fyi rooms do not have air conditioning and they come with a very small fan. My room was. Very warm. They brought another fan but it wouldnt work. Other than that I would definitely stay again.

It was a very nice hotel. We didn’t have the best weather to enjoy the patio and garden but otherwise the location was perfect and the room was very quiet. I slept well.

Breakfast was fabulous

Habitación limpia y con excelente cama. El personal fue muy atento, incluso nos dieron la opción de solicitar un lunch box para llevar para los casos en los que salíamos muy temprano a los tours. El wifi podría mejorar, es un poco inestable. Se debe de considerar que la habitación no tiene AC, aunque sí un ventilador.

Breakfast was delicious

The room is clean and was kept clean continuously. Staff also could arrange the tour and return shuttle bus to airport immediately for next day. I’d appreciated it.breakfast is also included. The room is not quiet as that is nex to the road but for me it’s duarable

Clean room with unique layout, pleanty of nearby shops. The friendliest staff and a great breakfast included in my price. The plants and flowers were amazing to see in the hallways and gardens.

The location is superb! You can walk everywhere. The hotel courtyard is very nicely decorated. Perfect to sit around and drink coffee. What stood out for me was how helpful and pleasant the staff members were. They always smiled and greeted me by name. Always helped me whenever I had a question or needed some guidance. Definitely recommend.
