Staff were friendly, breakfast was free and because we were staying for a rugby tournament the packed lunches were 100% a bonus. Having free laundry services with our accommodation was just another thing to put a smile on our faces. Staff greeted us by name whenever they seen us in the complex which made it feel so much more homely.

Great layout of rooms and good space to move around in. Good desk space for computers and working. Buffet dinner is tasty and changes every night. Staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly. Nice to have on site free laundry service. Highly recommend.

Room was great staff excellent only fault I would say is the off street parking was a bit cramped.

Very clean, neat and modern room. Kitchenette lets you prepare your own in room meals. Bathroom was spotless and quite modern.

The walls are too thin. We could hear the guests next door fairly clearly which means they could hear us too. Nice staff. A little pricey for the evening meal, but the steak was delicious.

Nice room but no hospitality shown/displayed. Breakfast only available 5am -7.30am and it was Sunday! We were not getting up at that time after our long journey to get there, so no breakfast. Office was closed when we checked out at 10am.

This was my second stay here and unfortunately this time it wasn’t as good as my last. My room was only made up once during my 4 nights stay even though the please make up sign was put out each time. Still a decent place to stay but I think they need to improve on house keeping.

The staff were friendly and the parking was very convenient for the unit.

My room the seal in the glass sliding door was broken and the wind howled high pitched through the night, I also did not get any sleep due to the noisy couple next door to me in room 20, right up until 1am! Will not be staying here again, poor service and room was filthy.

I had not stayed in accommodation like this before. Designed for the long stay worker in mind I believe. It was very quiet being a week end and sorry I missed the dining experience which is not available on weekends. Would stay again.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Have no real complaints about my stay. Easy check in and check out. Room was clean. Tea/coffee restocked every day. Room tidied daily. Had a pleasant stay and would consider staying again.
