The property is a bit rundown. Facilities and room conditions may need some uplifting if permiting

Property is the oldest in Mt Gambier but am advised that new owners are coming in and have plans to renovate. Current owners are lovely and always happy to look after you and have a chat. For the price it was good value for Mt Gambier. Room was clean and bed was good. Just getting on a bit.

A bit out dated …. Room was nothing like the photo. It was only a 1night stay but quite comfy

For a room with a bed, it was ok, Room extremely small, and appears not to have been upgraded since 1960’s. Highly recommend taking your own pillows!!

Friendly staff keen to please

Property very dated and unsafe. Would not recommend. Cherry picked photos of good rooms. Subvert expectations. Dirty toilet even though it was supposedly clean.

The staff were so lovely and friendly. The room had all the basics needed to stop over for the night.

I would stay again. Good hospitality and friendly all round.

Very happy with the rooms, the rooms light and air condition was turn on when we arrive, felt welcome and warm, also good stuff service, easy and cosy, I feel they like the job, thank you~

It’s cheap you get what you pay for

Air conditioning turned on when we arrived which was nice. Extras asked for were ready.

We were in the unit No. 07. It was really nice room, cleaned and equipped with all necessities.

The owner appears to be grumpy at first, but is actually a generous person. When he learned that I come with my partner instead alone and that we'll stay two nights instead of one he upgraded us from basic to standard room at no extra cost. Big thumbs up.

Wi Fi worked well.

Old and really run down, stuck in a time warp, but comfortable bed and pillows and had a good night’s sleep! Good for an overnighter if you’re not fussed!
