Staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable.

The Family room is clean and good like we expected through pictures but this hotel have No Lift so if you stay in 2nd floor you have to carry your 23kg luggage alone, no helper to carry your luggage, no lobby even to stop a taxi put back our luggage so much hassle. If you are a backpacker (light traveller with backpack) no need to hop on taxi or private car then you are fine. They gives you luggage room but it open from 8am (sharp) until 10pm ONLY. So when you need anything from 10pm then you have to wait until the staff arrives in the morning ☺️ And for our family room with 3 bed (2 Queen bed size 1 single bed) the bathroom clean and toiletries good 👍🏼 but so small bathroom, hope your family thin enough to fit there (we are 3 person in the room good enough space).

The location is not strategic if you have lot of bags / luggages. The hotel located in the strict line so no car can stop to drop you. You need to walk from the catholic school near the hotel. The staffs are friendly. Room is a bit noisy as the wall is thin. Also so many bugs on the toilet because the ceiling is too high and not fully closed. The only comforting part was they have netflix and also small fridge.

Overall experience is OK. No parking available at the hotel.

Avoid this way too expensive hotel. Problems to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel, just a few kilometers but taxi drivers prefer clients with longer distances to their destination. So a problem, finally found an angry driver that took me to the hotel. Very unfriendly experience. No meals in the hotel. No restaurant closeby. No elevator, no guidance to the room, just a finger was pointed in the direction to go. In the morning, around 9 a. M. Nobody at the reception, exit closed with chains. Had to find an alternative way to leave by myself. No receptionist to order a taxi for me. Totally shit service. Also way too expensive for a very basic hotel. I strongly recommend to find yourself another hotel. Avoid this hotel.

This is my second time stayed in this hotel. The first one wasn't that good as it was raining and the water flowing through the room, everywhere was wet. The second time it's raining so all good.

Too many mosquitoes in the room. I was given the room at the very end, the room design has 2 levels inside and was too tired because I had to use the stairs to go to the bed and carry my things upstairs.

The room is as shown in the picture, clean, comfortable. Checking in early is also ok. The bathroom is clean, small like a transit hotel, only there are no clothes hangers (hooks) in the bathroom.

Worst room ever! It's not worth the price! Don't book this f****** hotel! My bed next to the toilet! There is no barrier between my bed toilet or even a shower curtain to separate my bed to the toilet. Very unsanitary! Bedsheet is not even new I can see some lint on my pillowcase. Too far from the train station no restaurant/coffee shops nearby. Room heater is not also working.

Great price, comfy bed, good water pressure, spacious bathroom. Old but renovated motel close to airport. Great for easy travel.

The receptionist is so friendly and kindly. It is an amazing experience.

No lift or elevator and we should carry our luggages to our room in second floor with 2 stairs long. The staff who was in night shift was too rude when we arrived, nothing he could help but we did by ourselves. This was the most disappointed stay we ever had during our trip in Australia.

We stay here on july 15 for 1 night. The night staff is very handsome. He is humble and kind. When can ask anything about sydney and he answer it very helpful. He help us to take our heavy luggage to our room on upstairs and help us to explain how to turn on the heating. The room is clean and quite good. It’s not far from the airport and not very expensive.
