Tony and Ros were super accommodating and gave very help information about thing to see and do. The accommodation was spacious and well appointed with everything you need. The beach is a two min walk and easy walk into town. Would highly recommend doing in and will be staying again.

A fantastic property located just opposite Mitchie's Jetty in the Fishpen area. A wonderful locale to take a walk, or sit on the balcony and stare beyond the water. Tony and Ros are lovely hosts who do their utmost to make sure their guests are well looked after. Rooms are spacious, with modern appliances and furniture. We'll be back.

We have been holidaying in Merimbula for just over 32 years. First time we have stayed in Bayview and we were pleasantly surprised how wonderful it was. Perfect location. Hosts were super friendly. Accommodation was perfect. We will be returning here next time. So close to beach and lake and the famous Mitches jetty and their beautiful coffee.

View of the lake was just beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. Everything was clean and comfortable and the managers, Tony and Ros were so nice and accommodating. We didn’t want to leave!

Accommodation is close to Lake Merimbula and the main beach (over the road). The views from the living area are fantastic. Beds are comfortable and the cooking facilities are very good.

Very relaxing; lovely view over the inlet. The apartments are on a quiet road and very close to both the inlet and the bay beach. Not too far to walk into town.

We stayed in a ground floor unit next to the pool. I guess it would be noisy during summer but early September was ideal...very quiet. Mainly retirees at this time of year. Arguallaby the best location in the fishpen area. Great walk across bridge then along the boardwalk to top of lake where you can enjoy coffee and cake on the balcony overlooking the lake.

Very good, only complaint is the low flow shower head which are in all showers now.

Had a lovely relaxing week at Merimbula. The apartment was walking distance to town but quiet and sooooo close to the water and beaches.

We loved our stay! The apartment was fantastic and the location was perfect! Right the lake and a minutes walk to the beach!
