After an hour of waiting in the middle of the reception waiting in the heat of the summer, no fans, no air conditioners, they could go to the room. Too bad .. and there was no words to describe it anymore .. the small room was small. quadrilateral, probably about 6m2. After the air conditioner turned on for a while, it had a very unpleasant smell .. because I didn't want to be happy so I tried to stay but I never dared to book this room again.

Sau một giờ đông hồ ngồi chờ dưới lễ tân giữa cái nóng oi bức của mùa hè, ko quạt, ko máy lạnh, thì cũng được lên phòng Quá tệ..và không có lời nào để tả hơn nữa.. cái phòng nhỏ hỉnh tam tứ giác, chắc cũng được khoảng 6m2. sau khi điều hòa bật lên được một lúc thì nó có một cái mùi rất là khó chịu.. vì không muốn phiên phúc nên cố mà ở thôi chắc không bao giờ dám book phòng này nữa quá

Trước hết khách sạn A25 Thanh Nhàn rất xin lỗi chị vì những sự cố trên tại khách sạn. 
Hạng phòng Tiêu chuẩn chị Hương đặt phòng có diện tích là 14m2 chưa tính phần nhà tắm.
Với sự cố về điều hòa trong phòng, ngay sau khi nhận được phản hồi của chị thì khách sạn đã kiểm tra khắc phục ngay.
Về sự cố khiến cho chị phải chờ đợi, khách sạn A25 đã xử lý những bộ phận mắc sai sót nghiệp vụ. 
Những sự cố chủ quan, phía khách sạn đã kiểm tra khắc phục, đồng thời cải tạo khu vực sảnh lễ tân để đảm bảo không một khách nào gặp phải sự cố như chị nữa.
Một lần nữa, A25 Thanh Nhàn rất xin lỗi chị vì những sự cố vừa rồi, và phía khách sạn xin phép được tặng chị một khuyến mại nâng cấp hạng phòng Sang Trọng miễn phí khi chị tiếp tục đặt phòng trên Traveloka tại A25 Thanh Nhàn

Firstly, A25 Thanh Nhan Hotel is very sorry for the incidents at the hotel.

Hotel dirty. Specifically, the toilet bed is full of garbage in the door lock toilet, which is not sure to have mosquitoes ... in general, it is no different from cheap motels in the ceiling. Very disappointing. Check in at more than 20 hours later, there is a request to change rooms or accept compensation to upgrade other rooms when going home to eat, it is nearly 23h still no other room. It is impossible to stay and accept loss of money and immediately transfer to another A25 hotel with the same room price but superior quality. Never in such a bad hotel with the price of A25 Thanh Nhan will never come back with compliments for my family and friends.

Khách sạn bẩn. Cụ thể giường bụi toilet thì còn đầy rác ở bồn cầu cửa khoá không chắn chán có cả muỗi... nói chung là không khác gì những motel giá rẻ ở trần duy hưng. Rất thất vọng. Check in lúc hơn 20h sau đó có đề nghị đổi phòng hoặc chấp nhận bù tiền để nâng cấp phòng khác lúc đi ăn về đến là gần 23h vẫn không có phòng khác. Không thể ở lại được đành chấp nhận mất tiền và chuyển ngay sang khách sạn A25 khác với giá phòng tương tự nhưng chất lượng vượt trội. Chưa bao giờ ở 1 khách sạn tệ như vậy với cái gía như ở A25 Thanh Nhàn sẽ không bao giờ quay lại kèm theo lời khen dành cho gia đình và bạn bè của mình.

Staff dedicated, professional, room facilities are quite good, reasonable price.
