Excellent value for money. Very quiet and private. Plenty of space and excellent views. Not serviced daily but not a big deal for us. Also had laundry and dishwasher. Secure parking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Only downside was the aircon was not working properly, it was very hot inside the living area.

Check-in instructions were very easy to follow, very comfortable beds all with a ceiling fan and a stunning view off the balcony where you can watch some golf and enjoy the scenery. Check out was very easy, overall a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Great apartment. Pool was great. Only slight negative it wasn't close to many thing in walking distance.

Good, clean, relaxing, just what we wanted.

The property was very clean and furnished beautifully, everything was very new. The gardens were lovely and the view over the lake and golf course was amazing. The staff were welcoming and it was easy to communicate and parking great with one car park provided and easy to get a park with our second car out front. We took Uber's to surfers paradise which was about $20, very reasonable for 4 adults. All-in-all a great stay!

Everything great 👍👍👍 The only thing is a Google maps update required, not sure if this is a property issue or something else. Directions from property management to us was great but we ordered a taxi and to pass on these directions was difficult so a maps update would be great. Cheers

Courtney was very welcoming- stayed in a 2 Bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. Very clean and suited us perfectly, used the kitchen for breakfast only. Heaps of storage and the washer/dryer got well used. Location is handy, 20 mins and you are at Broadbeach or 10 to Robina Town Centre. Definitely will stay again if back on the coast.

We love staying at Signature waterfront apartments! It is close to everything we need without being in the hustle and bustle!

Great location, very peaceful and lovely view. Could use a few basics, eg a sharp knife, tea towels. Overall a great place to stay.

The unit wasn’t clean. Cobwebs on the walls. Dusty couch and floor. Full of older people that live there. We felt like we were walking on eggshells the whole time, trying to be quiet.

Lovely apartment however not really near any shops or anything best to have a car

Was unclear what tower it was in. Lovely spot would stay again. Guests said mattresses were not the best quality but overall a great spot.

Signature waterfront apartments is a beautiful place to stay, it’s quiet and picturesque, parking is good, rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but certainly comfortable and efficient. We had everything we needed for a 12 night stay. Brian was very kind and told us everything we need to know. We were upgraded to the top floor so had a beautiful view of the lake and golf course and mountains beyond that. We will be bookmarking this property and will definitely be back. Thanks for having us!
