Loved it,very relaxing.

Carpet stained and dirty, shower at the end of its life. No bathroom ventilation. Coffe and tea facilities awkward to use. But hotel location great.

The hosts were lovely and the unit was spacious and warm. A great shower and comfortable bed. Excellent location for walking to everything in Hamner. The only downside was the noisy neighbours in the unit next to us! Talking loudly early morning and late into the evening. We will go back to stay again however and hopefully have a quieter stay!

Very nice hosts. Near to all amenities, hot springs, food places, local walks. Place needs updating. Carpet grubby and stained. VERY slippery shower, no mat.

Decking boards loose outside unit, a hair on the bathroom floor, unfinished building repairs in bathroom, peeling paint in bathroom. Complaint made to me about noise at nighttime but the walls are not soundproof.

Handy to town, comfortable and roomy, needs a hand rail for ease of access, also shelf or table in bathroom for toiletries or dishes,

Only thing found for me was the bed being uncomfortable for my age. I am used to an electric bed with a nice comfortable mattress.

The property was in a great location and the facilities were fine.

Very helpfull and friendly operators, clean and convenient location.

It was great staying at Alpine Lodge, me and toddler were able to go places walking was close to everything. front desk lady was really sweet.

Well located, Just at the edge of town but made the town easily walkable. Was quiet with a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were a good size and clean Would happily stay there again

I cannot comment on the rest of our stay, due to their system error our reservation was cancelled, unsure if this was the motel or Expedia for this error. It was such a shame because we were so looking forward to our stay. Our visit to hanmer spring jet boating and the pool was great, but alpine lodge let us down.
