Clean room, accommodating staff for late arrival, good breakfast

Great Location

Basic facilities, but nice. Helpful staff. Reasonable continental breakfast. Good way to avoid uber-expensive hotels in Interlachen.

The location is convenient and there’s a bus stop infront of the hostel.

Expensive booking through Expedia , book it directly from the hostel website. You will be able to get the same room for roughly one third. Staff was nice and courteous. Location was awesome and again since it’s a hostel you can’t expect everything.

Super great hostel. We liked our stay here more than the other hotels we stayed at during our week in Switzerland!

Was clean and nearby the city

Great location! Very walkable. Great for solo or families. Bed was too firm for me.

In our room we can hear people scraping their chairs in the middle of the night. We would suggest putting covers on the chair legs to prevent the noise.

This properly is positioned more for yong adults or single travelers. Not so much for families. Otherwise, the facilities and location is great

The room floor was sticky & dirty. The location is little bit far from train station. They have a kitchen and breakfast is ok.

Everything is great at this stay except one incident that happened during our stay. At around 11:30 pm one night, a male customer had key access to our private room (females only). The receptionist gave him the wrong key to my room. We were not very happy about that. Luckily, nothing bad happened. I take safety seriously while traveling aboard and what happened was disappointed!

Hostel was in a great location in the city centre (however that meant slightly further away from the train station ~15 min walk which was a slight struggle with a heavy luggage). Service staff were helpful and friendly. Room had amazing view of the mountains. Decent breakfast spread. The room had a slightly musty smell. Lack of PowerPoints in room for charging

The Hostel was right at the center of the city. It was well maintained and staff was friendly too. Really appreciate the cleanliness. Must recommend.

Bus stop conveniently located in front of the hostel. Shower curtain does not stay in place due to air movement from shower head when water enters is running

Full kitchen with many cooking stations and conventional ovens too. You can absolutely buy groceries and cook from scratch. Free breakfast (bread, cereal, yogurt, fancy coffee machine, hot chocolate, tea). Free dryers (coin laundry). Rooms are spacious if you book a private one. Next to bus station although train station is also walkable. Can borrow a hair dryer. Room amenities are limited but not a concern for us. Separate shower and toilet and sink in the room. Plenty of large lockers that will fit large suitcases, and lockers in the room if you're sharing the room with someone else. Recreational activities include ping pong, foosball etc. All free to use. Excellent location. Nice gardens and terrace spaces too.

Welcoming and nice place, we’ll located. 15min walk to main station and easy walk to restaurants and swimming pool which is good and clean.
