Clean room. Great breakfast.

It's pet friendly. The hotel is clean. And the staff are very accommodating & friendly.

My daughter and I stayed here for a staycation and it was amazing! Staff were great, breakfast was fun and the pool was a blast! I absolutely recommend for anyone, especially if you have kids!

My husband and I had an overnight stay. Check-in went smoothly and the person at the front desk was pleasant. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had the (included) breakfast the following morning and it was very nice. We’ve stayed in the Red Deer location one other time. Again, everything was good. The only complaint I had at our previous stay, was the orange juice was the worst I’ve ever had. I commented on it in my previous review and the manager emailed me back, apologizing for the orange juice and said he’d speak with the kitchen team. He did exactly that and the orange juice was considerably better this stay. We didn’t use the pool so we can’t comment on it. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Great location, very clean and great continental breakfast

Only minor things: wasn’t informed the hot tub was out of service before booking. Floor was really creaky. All the clocks were an hour behind. And there were no towels at the pool.

Had to move hotels from Red deer to Sylvan lake no swimming pool, as advertised- should have been compensated as I had to drive 20 minutes as I was not offered refund. Overall the aylvan hotel was great, just feel a little ripped off

Some bathrobes and liquid body soap would be great

When I arrived for my Expedia booking, that was booked for four months in advance with multiple confirmations through email. The hotel refused to honor it and said that my reservation was canceled by Expedia and of course, Expedia said my reservation was canceled by the hotel. With zero notice. The staff working the desk at this hotel was horrible to deal with and very rude and dismissive despite me traveling with a young child and having nowhere to stay. Even though I had multiple emails, confirming this reservation even 124 hours prior of reminding me of it.

The soundproof in the room is bad. Bed is not comfortable. Room is very small. There is no closed door in shower. It is difficult to adjust the water temperature for the shower. No shower gel. The reception told me breakfast starts at 7. The hours also listed at 7 but it actually started at 630. Good thing is the convenient location. Worse hotel i stayed in Red Deer.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great! lots to be had even tho it was busy with sports teams. We enjoyed the variety and the manner in which the server kept things supplied.

The room was clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.
