Location was good and very private. Although I never ate there, kitchen always smelled good. I did not like there was no elevator. I had heavy pieces of luggage because I am doing a long Europe trip and had to climb to the third floor with them. I also paid $40 extra for city view, but the view was the same as in the common balcony, not worth the money. Check out is too early.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the downtown core of Toulouse. The staff were very communicative and helpful in advance of our stay and very friendly throughout our two night stay. The hotel was very quiet and it was almost like there were not many other occupants. But I believe it was full. The hotel is not a luxury hotel. We knew that when we booked and it definitely met our expectations. The room was clean, fairly basic and fairly well worn. By no means bad, just somewhat worn. But, in fairness this is a 2 star hotel so don’t expect 5 star details. I would not hesitate to stay there again and I would definitely recommend it as long as you are okay with a 2 star level of comfort and amenities. One thing to be aware of is that there doesn’t seem to be an elevator so if you have restricted mobility, you should request a lower floor.

Appartements repurposed into hotel. Noisy street (you can hear folks until 2am). Pillows are meh. Breakfast (€10) is not worth it at all as you get a piece of bread, one croissant, one glass of cheap juice and very basic espresso coffee (not even hot milk). I won't come back, especially for more than €100/night.

Very friendly and helpful place with a location that is perfect. The room was large and then bed the most comfortable of our trip. Parking is a little complicated, but they front desk was very helpful and proactive in helping us manage it & their discount.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Our room (2 beds with bath) felt comfortable. The bathroom was adequate with a shower with plenty of water pressure and hot water if a bit on the small side. The ac worked great giving us comfort from the hot Toulouse afternoon. There was no lift so we were glad to inly have to lug our bags up 1 flight of steps. In the morning and evening we enjoyed the attached balcony sitting area shared with the others in the hotel.

It was a great spot to be able to go out and back from hotel exploring all there is to see in Toulouse. Minutes from where you'd meet for bus tours, walking tours, or your own tourist interests. No elevators but I think thats probably more normal than not in these smaller European hotels. ~20 minute uber from airport.

Great service at the desk. Very nice for a one night, stay in Central Toulouse.

Amazing boutique hotel. We had a great experience.

Very good central location close to metro stops and within walking distance of the main attractions. On a quiet side road. Room was basic and dated but clean. Bed was very uncomfortable - if you sleep on one side, there is the danger you’d roll off as the mattress was so soft. I wasn’t expecting tea / coffee in my room but would at least have liked some water. Pleasant reception staff especially one of the girls who was very helpful with regards information on how best to get to the airport.

Cute place in city center. Unpretentious, pleasant staff, good value for money.

We were made to feel very welcome on arrival & during our stay. Rooms were very clean and our room with 2 double beds was more than enough space for 3 of us. Hotel is very central to the city, perfect for sightseeing. Very busy streets at rush hour, but discounted parking available via hotel at st Etienne car park (next to cathedral). If driving I suggest you aim for saint Etienne car park, before looking for the hotel (it’s a 5 min walk). Breakfasts are available at the hotel, basic continental, but more than enough. Air conditioning would’ve been nice during the stifling summer heat since we’re Scottish & used to the cold. A standing fan is provided. Street food / tapas & cocktails & beer a few mins away in Les Halles De La Cite - we visited twice in 2 days.

Ett bra hotell som ligger centralt. Personalen är behjälplig och trevlig. Vi hade familjerummet vilket var bra men låg också högst upp vilket blir lite jobbigt med bagage då det saknas hiss
