The staff was very friendly and professional. The location is very strategic, close to everything. Overall, this hotel is very good. The downside is that it's surrounded by three mosques, so it can be a bit noisy starting at 3:30 a.m.

The hotel is nice, luxurious, everything is there, complete from the room there is a refrigerator, there is a wardrobe, hangers etc., the bathroom is nice, hot shower, unlimited soap and shampoo, the toiletries are very complete, top notch. Most importantly, the breakfast is delicious, everything is delicious, from herbal medicine, pastries, main courses, etc. there are all, it feels like all you can eat. there are swimming pool facilities too, no need to wear a swimsuit, but it closes at 6 pm. very satisfied staying here.

Everything was good, but the shower in the bathroom was broken; you had to turn it extra hard to turn the water on. The view from the room facing the AC blower meant you couldn't see the surrounding area. The only downside was the shower. Other than that, it was the best. I've stayed here three times.

A perfect choice if you’re looking to stay in Banyuwangi City Centre. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with plenty of authentic Indonesian food options to try. Although the view is city-facing (so you won’t get beachfront sunrise or sunset), the overall experience, from the breakfast and amenities to the staff’s friendliness and central location, makes it totally worth the price.
