Although our room first appeared clean we soon discovered the level of cleanliness was only superficial. The public areas like hallway's, lifts and entry areas definitely indicated they were not regularly cleaned. The deck on Level 3 had an overflowing rubbish bin as was every ashtray. On a plus the room was quiet, had opening windows and the air conditioning and washer dryer worked well.

I liked the communual area with coffee station.

Had a great 2 night stay at House of Fisher. The staff were exceedingly helpful in recommending interesting places to visit. The apartment hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Reading and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants

Perfect location in Reading. Short walk to the town center, shopping, dining and the train station. The apartment was nice but was in need of some maintenance. Definitely above average compared to other locations at the same price.

I visited my daughter who is a student at the University of Reading. After our day trips, House of Fisher was the perfect place to rest my aching feet and get ready for the next adventure. It is clean, comfortable and has everything one needs.The location was perfect. I will definitely stay there again.

Very friendly front desk staff. The room was a bit light in the morning with the sun coming through the blinds but the apartment was very good and I will definitely stay again. Recommended to other colleagues already

Near to railway station, high street and shopping area. Reception staff is helpful with smiling face, clean room with lot of space. Only one small thing is inside the bathing area there is no holder for a bottle of liquid soap and hair wash.

A very comfortable stay in a 2 bed apartment. Location is fantastic for city centre restaurants and shops, plus close to train station.

Location was perfect for us with parking available on site, booked in advance. Apartment has everything you need and staff were great.
