My husband and I came to Antigua, Guatemala from Canada and our stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. We did not do any pre- booking and we’re still able to find a room on a raining night. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, smelling good, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights for me was how safe and secure the hotel felt, which gave me complete peace of mind. The location was also convenient, close to attractions and restaurants. The staff spoke English and would clean our room everyday. This place also had breakfast included and parking so we did not have to pay for public parking. Also, they have on-site laundry service and delivered our clothes on time as promised. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. We originally booked it for 2 days and ended up extending for another day.

It’s a very nice hotel, about a 10 minute walk to the Central Park. It’s a little out of the way but it’s quiet and in a Very safe area. Do not expect an early check in. It’s a FIRM 3PM. They do have luggage storage available if you arrive early.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist. They spoke English and made us feel at home. On-site parking was convenient, and the hotel was within walking distance to the town, so we rarely used the car. The simple breakfast was satisfying, and daily housekeeping kept our room comfortable. The on-site laundry was handy but a bit pricey at Q10 per pound, and unfortunately, they damaged one of our jumpers and couldn't fully clean it. The bathroom was somewhat open-air with a roof that had a few debris, but it remained quite clean overall.

First time here in this hotel and we felt in love with their friendly staff and soonest you walk in you can tell how clean and safe is, one of the highlights is private parking you don’t need to go out of the hotel and the view from the balcony wow! Spotless clean, recommended and we will stay here again next visit or we’ll make our go to hotel thanks 😃

This hotel is cheaper than the other hotels in Antigua as it is further away from Parque Central. It takes about 12 to 15 minutes to walk to Parque Central by foot. I booked a single room and it was really small for a hotel room. There is a TV in the room but no fridge. There is also no aircon in the room but a standing fan is provided in the room. The hotel is close to the Artisan market so it is great for people who want to buy handicrafts and souvenirs.
