When we arrived at the property we were seen to promptly however, we were a little disappointed in the room in general. We found it lack anything modern and only had a few outlets which was annoying. There was no hairdryer in the room which can’t be helped but was a little inconvenient. We struggled to sleep the first night because of how loud the strip was but that isn’t the hotels fault. When we woke up first morning our bedroom floor was covered in ants and when I went down to the reception to complain the member staff seemed rather reluctant to offer a solution because the hotel was full which we understand but after a quick conversation they did offer to send the cleaner up and that was sorted. Overall our stay was only okay, staff were nice but the hotel itself is shabby, needs improvement and also needs to tell some of their clients that they’re too loud.

Local, great area but very loud on the night.

The hotel is a great location, within walkable distance to main amenities. The property could benefit from a bit of refresh and the room we got was slightly too smal for 3 guests. Reception team was amazing and extremely helpful.

Great location with very friendly and accommodating staff!

Its a great spot, right next to the water and the Promenade of San Antonio. Only Downside were the 24/7 screaming UK visitors, that just loved talking all day long in the hallways, rather than in their rooms.

Pretty basic hotel that could do with some modernising. No bells or whistles but close to the sunset strip if that's your bag. We didn't use the pool or have breakfast so can't speak to either of those. Our friends booked a room under the impression they'd have a balcony but when they checked in the woman at reception said they had given the room to someone else and so they had to settle for one without but still paid the higher price for the room they originally wanted so they weren't too happy

Nothing - and the fact I heard some one getting beaten up by security on my first night in the room opposite to me and in the morning there was blood outside my door I did not appreciate . I honestly wouldn’t stay here .

It is close to everywhere you need to be, short stroll to sunset or to the busy bars. Lovely staff made us feel very welcome.

The hotel is in a decent location if you plan on staying in San Antonio. The rooms are basic but with full set of apartment amenities (cooktop, plates, cups etc) No nearby parking which is a minus but there is a free parking lot about 10 mins away. Overall good if you don’t plan on spending too much time in the room and want a decent priced room

We arrived a bit early for the check-in. A really friendly receptionist welcomed us and gave us the keys to our apartment. The apartment was very clean and had a nice view of the San Antoni port. Overall the experience was great. I definitely suggest it to everyone who wants to stay in San Antonio.

Close enough into town that shopping and dining out were walkable but far enough away that you couldn't hear it

Basic hotel, friendly service, great price, just what was needed, central location.

Excellent location. 5 min walk to Cafe Del Mar and Cafe Mambo. 2 min walk to West End of San Antonio. 5-10min walk to Eden or Es Paradis. Although close to these people still nice and quiet.

Clean and good location. Nothing special but great for the price

Location of the hotel is great, at the West end of San Antonio, a 2 min walk to the strip one way and along the coastal path to some lovely bars and restaurants the other. A further 10 minute stroll along the coastal path gets you to Cafe Mambo. All of the hotel staff bar one (a complete jobsworth) are fantastic, smiley and very helpful. The rooms are clean with good free AC and there is also a fridge and hob. Some rooms don't come with a balcony or outside space (like mine) which makes for a very claustrophobic stay (Try and ensure you get a balcony or terrace room). The pool and sunbed areas are always quiet (TOO QUIET!!!).

Staff were all super friendly and helpful, the whole hotel was clean and had great facilities.

Below average facilities (60's/70's feel) but very nice and helpful staff.
