Nice hotel, old room, nice staff, wonderful breakfast

Overall, I give it a 10/10. The room is clean, spacious, the bathroom is spacious (this is a plus because even if there is a bathtub, not all of them are spacious), and the amenities are very comfortable (non-built-in hairdryer, complete iron with standing base). The only thing that makes me a bit sad is that the TV is not a smart TV so it can't connect to Netflix, but it's not a problem because the breakfast is very outstanding with a varied western menu, a complete salad bar, a cheese platter and healthy juices are champions👍🏻👍🏻 Please maintain the quality of the breakfast menu because I will repeat here again haha

My family and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff greeted us promptly and friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick, even though the hotel was fully booked. When we wanted to find some late-night dining in the Braga area, the hotel staff lent us an umbrella because it was drizzling. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of dishes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel Bandung. I would definitely recommend it if I ever visit Bandung again.

We upgraded to a spacious room, and the kids were delighted. The view of the city at night was truly a treat from the window. The hotel is very close to Braga Street, so you don't have to worry about finding food or just walking around. Breakfast was varied and delicious. And lastly, the service was very friendly.
