We absolutely loved the vibe of this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s centrally located, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We also really enjoyed the live music in the lounge, which created such a fun and inviting atmosphere in the evenings. My only suggestion would be to offer massages by Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). Since the massage pricing is comparable to what an RMT charges, having RMTs on staff would really elevate the spa experience. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely return. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful well maintained hotel!

The hotel and staff are fabulous. We booked a suite. We were put in the Rhythm tower. We were fine with the room except the sink was slow to drain, and the sofa had some stains. I went to the front desk the following day to ask for a sheet to throw over the sofa. They insisted we should move to another room. Sent up concierge to move rooms. In my opinion, this is what good service looks like in this day and age. Highly recommended the Jag.

What an amazing place to stay especially if you appreciate modern art and musical history and style. Staff were friendly and helpful! Would stay here over a big chain hotel company for sure supporting local!!

Our room was well taken care of each day by the housekeeping team, the chocolates that they bring by each day were also an added bonus. The only issue that we had during our trip was when the gentleman working at the cafe gave my wife an attitude because she asked for sandwiches at 4:30 and he said it was close to closing time which was at 5:00.

We enjoyed everything about the JAG hotel. Loved its unique musical vibes in every area of the impressive hotel. Spacious, comfortable room. Beautiful bars/lounges and dining room. The hotel is very well located. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
