Good and quite hotel

Door deadbolt wasn’t working. I had a late check in. Very tired and had to go to sleep after 28 hr of traveling Ended up stuffing a towel between the door and the frame so that would be hard for someone to open it. Very unsafe but I was so tired that I crashed regardless

During our stay there was a wedding at the hotel. Following. So there was noise until late and there was a parking problem.

It was a good accomodation with delicious and fresh breakfast. And staff were extremely polite.

Good choice in Sibiu. Weakness is breakfast, it is not BW standard.

The location, fresh air and the silence was outstanding. The fragrance used for bed sheets kind of too strong.

The room was a bit warm and the only way to cool it off was to open the window and occasionally you would hear a plane landed or take off.

The staff (middle age man) shown not friendly and no smiling during check in. I got the small corner room which window placed near the rooftop, I do not mind just 1 night stay with small room. However, we can’t open the window to let cold air in and end up caused stuffy. I am from South East Asia need cold but not hot in the room. I requested to have remote control on the aircon but was rejected by the front desk. Answer from him is now not winter but Autumn. Therefore with no choice I requested to change the room, I explained to him I do not need heater but need cold air from outside, he was reluctant but agreed my request. Hotel is nice, breakfast is very good, room is comfort but poor customer service

Nice hotel on walking distance(15minutes) to citycentre. Renovated clean rooms with very small bathroom. Helpfull staff at reception. Perfect breakfast.

A little hard to find and about a mile from the old town but quite nice. There was a dangerous sharp edge on the patio window sill we cut ourselves on and they didn’t seem too interested when we reported it. Other than that it was fine.

Nice hotel - but parking might be a problem at weekends due to weddings. Get room facing rear of hotel on upper floor on weekends due to noise from weddings

The hotel is away from the center of the city so a car is needed, but it is located next to a very nice local park. The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Nice room, heat worked well on a very cold day, internet service is very good, breakfast buffet included hot items
