Great place, great facilities, great location. Value for money.

Everyone has been wonderfully kind and helpful. Perfect location in Lulea.

Hotel is quite nice but check in needs help. There is no onsite reception, just a sign to go to the address of an affiliated hotel. This is not real helpful if you can’t look up the address, being absent a Swedish mobile plan and phone’s navigation. A simple arrow to the right with next turn left would have been helpful. The affiliated hotel was close, but no one at that reception either, just a note to call for assistance. Again, not real helpful to a traveler without Swedish mobile service.

Everything great. The room was clean and comfortable. A good selection of food was available in the Hotel Amber for breakfast. The shower attachment was broken. Access was via a door code for late arrival which worked.

Friendly stuff, good breakfast, poor TV reception

Only complaint was that you have to go to hotel next door to actually check-in. Other than that, place was great for the price. And the breakfast is phenomenal!

The hotel is 5 min walk from train station and bus station, downtown, very nice location. Room is very quiet and clean The breakfast is also very nice. With this price this is a very good deal. I will come back again.

A nice budget hotel, with staff who responded quickly to late check in. The walss are pretty thin though.

Stuff was helfull. Hotel was clean, the kitchen is fine but a bit small and for some reason guests don't clean after using it. Breakfast was great.

Caroline checked me in with a cheerful smile. Comfortable bed and hotel as whole is kept clean. Have a kitchen to cook. Breakfast excellent too at their sister Hotell Amber that is only a 30 second walk. Upon check out met Madelene again at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. She always has a smile with willingness to help. 5 minutes walk to station, bus station and to centrum

Easy access to property with late arrival - prechecked in and room card was ready. Clean and warm. Excellent relaxed breakfast provided at the sister hotel 30 seconds away.

Right by the city snd perfect place for an overnight. No bfast offered and the heating wasnt enough

I stayed at this hotel on a trip I made alone with 3 children. I would highly recommend the hotel for families. The staff is super friendly and provide excellent service. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Hotels.com should have them on their list. They denied breakfast to me and on your site it says breakfast provided. After I showed them on the site. They allowed me breakfast but by then I only had 10-15 for breakfast. This made to loose trust in Hotels.com as well.

Check-in was efficient, room clean and very well located close to train station and city center.
