Location was great, however the room bathroom was smelly , I think it was the sink.. the breakfast was great.. Staff at the front desk were grumpy..

This is the wierdest stay of this level that I may have ever had. The location is amazing. The staff is nice. The breakfast is good. Bedss are fine. But the bathroom... The bathroom is a DISTASTER. There is ONE light in the hallway (!) that goes for hallway, shower and toilet... and there's a transparent piece of plastic between that and the bed. If that were not enough, the tiles in toilet and shower are black. It's like being in a bunker. When using the sink, the light is above your head and behind. Can't do normal makeup or shave, it's just terrible and highliy inconvenient. To make matters worse, the toilet area "door" idn't connected to the ceiling (neither is shower) so there's no insulation from smell/sound. really just unbelievable. Do not recommend and won't stay again despite everything else that is nice about the hotel. Invest in doing proper bathrooms!!!

Hotel is well located and generally good, however, there were a couple of annoying issues. The air conditioning was poor - rarely would the room temperature go below 24 - and on the weekend the bar is only open until 4pm which is when people usually want a drink!

The room is very clean and breakfast is very good!

Outdoor swimming pool. Wish the hotel bar was open until at least 11 pm (it closed at 10 pm). For international departing travelers, you can store luggage and use the pool aftet checking out (12 noon) and then shower/change in the fitness center before goinf to the airport for your evening flight-- nice benefit.

Perfect central location. Rooftop pool a bonus. Excellent service for luggage storage between visits. Great breakfasts. Lovely receptionists. Always cheerful and helpful.

The hotel was in a neighborhood with lots restaurants, night markets, and buskers etc. After 10:30 pm, it was also quiet to sleep. It was easy to get around the city with Uber or taxis. The staff was outstanding. The bellman accompanied me to local pharmacies to get medications. Front desk staff was very helpful in giving directions and offering suggestions.

Safe and clean hotel in fabulous location. Definitely a good place to stay. I felt like the hotel lacked personality and although pleasant, staff weren’t particularly friendly. The restaurant and bar hours weren’t convenient (8 am breakfast on weekends ? and service was slow.

Great stay in a fantastic location! The hotel is perfectly situated in a lovely neighborhood that made it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. We really loved the atmosphere of the area—it felt safe, lively, and full of character. The staff were excellent throughout our stay: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. A very special mention goes to Don Luis in the restaurant, who truly went above and beyond for us. His professionalism, attention and genuine kindness was truly appreciated.

Very warm welcome from check in staff and a wide selection of food for breakfast. Room was very comfortable. The hotel is well located in an area with a Bohemian vibe and there are numerous good eating places within a few minutes walk of the front door.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a great park to get a panoramic view of the city nearby and lots of restaurants in walking distance.

This hotel is located in a historical section of Santiago. There are many excellent restaurants around the hotel which are easy to walk to. The staff were very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay.
