Why is the AC always not cold enough? Huh, it's as cold as a standing AC.

The hotel staff was friendly. When my room wasn't ready, they helped me upgrade to a deluxe room simply by following their Instagram account. Very helpful and responsive.

Overall, I like staying here, I'm already a regular and I'll try the 24 hour option.... It's really great, the price is really competitive.

The room is not cleaned unless requested. When I got home from work around 4:30 PM, I passed by the receptionist who was busy chatting, but when I arrived at the room and saw that the room had not been cleaned, I called the receptionist and it took a long time to answer. Even if I boil water using an electric kettle, the electricity always goes out and it's not strong enough. Well, the environment is really good because there are lots of foods, etc. It's quite easy to find anything. I hope the hotel can improve 🙏🏻

This hotel is generally nice, but unfortunately, many of the facilities seem poorly maintained, such as the pool area and some room amenities like curtains and showers. The reservation also stated that breakfast was free for two adults and one child, but in reality, it was only for two adults, citing the child's age up to three years old, without any detailed explanation of the terms and conditions.

Staying overnight because my husband was out of town. I ordered a junior non-smoking room. I was given a smoking room. But then it was changed. But everything was okay. It was worth the price. The food was simple but delicious. Thanks.
