Super clean, kind staff. Walkable to everything I needed.

Todo estuvo muy bueno con mi estadia. Los empleados respondieron todas preguntas y fueron muy amables con todo. Me gusto que tengan una estación para té, café, o agua disponible en recepción.

The bathroom shower did not work, there was hair in the cheese slices for breakfast. I did tell the staff. Mold on bathroom ceiling. This hotel is not worth the price. Funny all the bathroom shampoos and conditioners were half full. Seems to have be there from other visitors. So disappointing, Do not use this facility.

I would describe this property as a boutique hotel with a very family run feel. The rooms were tidy and clean was comfortable beds He offers an ample free breakfast When the front desk learned we were going on a detour they had a breakfast lunch ready prepared for us.

This hotel is ideally placed in the center of town and only a couple of blocks from the bus station. The staff was very helpful and provided ample English to help get me everywhere I needed to go.

This hotel has a lot of potential, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast quite good, but it is let down by the dirty carpets, the outdated (but not yet antique chic) bathrooms, and the tiny bedroom we stayed in

Lovely little hotel, perfectly located. It was exactly as described and was perfect for out time in PUnta Arenas. It was excellent value for money. Would recommend.

The staff at Isla Rey Jorge were friendly, helpful and quick to assist with any needs. Very conveniently located at an easy walk to the main plaza and the oceanfront. The facility is slightly shabby, but very clean and comfortable. A great value for the price.

I love the area, there were some incredible dining options near by. The hotel was old and charming. I realized after the fact that I was charged $40 more than quoted at checkout.

When we saw the room, we decided to not stay at Hotel Isla Rey Jorge. This is not a 4 star hotel depite advertising at such.

Warm room!!

Was here two weeks ago and enjoyed the stay so in the way back I got it for one more night. Fairly quick ride from the airport and in a good location. More than adequate for my needs.

The shower had very little pressure and the hot water was on and off. They fixed it somewhat on the last day of the stay. The overnight desk slept through our wake up call and didn't have coffee ready.

Friendly staff who stayed up late for our check-in after midnight.

We were treated very well here including provision of breakfast at 5:15 a.m. upon request (“no problem!”). We slept with windows open at night - quiet. The location is great for walking to restaurants, museum, travel agency (2 minutes from the agency that offers the penguin island tour). Excellent value.

Nice small Hotels in Town centre pretty, close to beach, bus stand and multiple restaurant. Nice small room with hot water and wifi. Breakfast can be improved. Overall 4/5

Excellent location close to city center. Rather old building. Excellent staff and excellent breakfast!
