The room facilities are good and clean.

My room was upgraded to a villa-type room with a buggy because the standard room I booked was needed by a group, said the receptionist. It was more expensive because it was more spacious and had a bathtub. But it looked like it had rarely been used: it smelled old, the AC dripped at night, the bathroom floor was flooded because the slope wasn't right, and the towels and kimonos looked shabby. Breakfast at 9:00 a.m. was crowded.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. It's perfect for those looking for a soundproof room. It's a bit far from the city center and there's a bit of traffic.

We had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar for 3 days and 2 nights, from 17 to 19 June 2026, with our family. We were incredibly grateful to receive a room upgrade from a Classic Room on a lower floor to a Premium Room on the 15th floor, complete with a bathtub and a beautiful welcome surprise written on the mirror wall. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The timing was especially meaningful because 18 June 2026 was our 16th wedding anniversary. This unexpected surprise made our celebration even more memorable and brought so much happiness to our family. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to one of the reception team members who assisted us during our arrival and stay, Rafika. Thank you so much for your kindness, warm hospitality, and the lovely compliment. We also had the opportunity to capture a beautiful family photo together as a compliment. This was my second stay at this hotel, and it's still one of my favorite places for a family staycation. Since it's located a bit outside the city, the atmosphere is peaceful and the weather truly feels like Bandung—cool and refreshing. There are plenty of activities for children as well as for parents, making it a great place for families to relax and have fun together. The swimming pool is beautiful, and all of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. I would definitely love to come back again.

This experience was truly memorable. I booked a premium king room, but when I checked in, there were no available rooms, so I got a free upgrade to a suite. 😁 The breakfast was also varied and delicious, especially the Betawi soto 👍🏻

The room was comfortable. It was large. The view was beautiful. However, for a family with teenagers, there weren't many activities. Breakfast wasn't very varied.

For me, it's a lovely family stay at InterContinental Dago Pakar Bandung. Everything was well-maintained, the staff were attentive, and we truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Highly recommended for a family vacation!

However, the access road to the hotel is quite far, and there was a landslide, so there was a traffic jam.

Great place for a short escape in Bandung

There's no need to doubt staying at the InterContinental, everything is top-notch, from the service, room cleanliness, and especially the facilities, which offer more activities for kids, making it perfect for those who want to bring their families. The only downside is the breakfast menu, I think it lacks variety, unlike the InterContinental in Jakarta, but otherwise it's top 💯
