I stay for 2 night too day, It is too noisy to sleep, The windows have no shea so the Sun is early in your face, You have no phone no Wi-Fi, The housekeeping Service They did not replace towels, They left only one. Overall I will not go back

This is a pretty small, hotel. You can tell they are trying, but it falls short in many ways. The photos online were somewhat misleading. I stay in many different hotels in Nicaragua and this one was poor by most standards here. NO HOT WATER! That is ok for me, but most will be surprised by this.

We had an early morning flight out of Managua, so we booked this hotel so we could stay the night in Managua before heading to the airport the next morning. They will set up a taxi for you to the airport for $15 that you pay the driver in cash. The taxi ride to the airport was in a nice car and it was a good ride. We chose this hotel mainly because it was the cheapest one we could find and it looked decent from the pictures. So I was a little worried about what we were going to get. The hotel is located on an isolated street which was nice and quiet. When we got to the hotel, the manager was nice and immediately took us to our room. The room was large and spacious. Simple but clean and just what we needed to sleep. The bed was comfortable and we were able to find a movie channel with English on the TV which was nice. The bathroom was clean. We did not shower while we were there so we can't comment on that. There was also a large wardrobe in the room to store you belongings. The AC worked well. We asked for directions to the closest restaurant. I think we misunderstood because we never found the restaurants but we ended up on the main stretch and found a McDonalds. It was about a 5-10 minute walk so not bad.

Todo estuvo bien hasta que íbamos a entregar las llaves para hacer el Check out y el recepcionista me dijo que expedia no había reservado mi estadía y que tenía que volver a pagar y mucho más que lo que pagué con expidia... Necesito realizar el reclamo necesito ayuda.
