Everything excellent!

Excellent place to stay *****

There was a huge New Year's Eve party with a band playing until the early AM hours one floor below our room. The property never mentioned this when booking of when checking in. When I asked to have just that one night refunded, the property refused and said it was my fault. They should have asked to be moved to another building in the middle of the night. That would have meant packing everything and going to another building. I love that they blamed their unprofessional noncommunication on the guest. That is simply ridiculous!

Great stopover as we did a bike tour with 2 kids on cycle route 2. Very friendly service and high quality accommodations. Breakfast and dinner both very good.

Amazing service all round but especially from the manager who was making extra effort to make us feel welcome.

It is a nice hotel with really friendly and welcoming staff. Food in restaurant is amazing and nice touch with bottle of drink and fruit as a welcome gift. This was my second time I have stayed there and absolutely recommend.

The property was near Lake Konstanz and you could see the lake from the restaurant terrace and from our room. There was a fan in the room. They rented wonderful E-bikes which we rode to Mainau Isle.

The room was quite a distance from the main hotel and restaurant. It was very close to a round-about and was very noisy and light was shining into the window as you had to have it open because it had no air conditioner in the building! A bell rang atl night at a church.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, very friendly staff in restaurant making so much effort to communicate even without being able speak English-really lovely and welcoming people.

There were 5 of us and the accommodations were perfect. Rooms were comfortable and clean and nice. Thanks Seemowe for helping make our vacation so wonderful!!!!!

The room temperature is controlled by the reception & its not warm enough at night

Very good stay at Annexe wing of this hotel. Nicely maintained, clean and with good facilities. Staff at reservation is helpful. understand and helps for special needs at breakfast. Ideal place for relaxed holidays.

The service was very Swiss like...friendly and inviting. The front desk girls spoke perfect English and was very polite. We stayed in a corner room, street side. It was noisy at night. I would've rather stayed in a room closer to the lake. There's a farm right across the street. The smell of the cows was unbearable when you stayed in the balcony. It's fine if you keep the doors closed. There's a strange smell in the room due to the cleaners they use in the toilet. The room itself is comfortable. The bed, and blankets are top notch. The pillows are a bit too soft for me. There are snacks on the table that don't have prices listed. They aren't free =( However there are baskets of fresh apples scattered all over the hotel. At the end of the stay, they gave me a jar of local made honey. Nice touch!

We booked the superior double room and it was more than spacious for a family with two small children and a baby. Fantastic views with a corner room and full balcony over the restaurant. Check-in was 15 minutes late but the staff comped us for drinks for the family. Our only complaint would be that there wasn't room service though the brochure said there was. That made for a very awkward language encounter. The food however was amazing. I recommend the Almond Crusted Perch from the lake.

We really enjoyed our stay. We have three small kids (aged 5, 1 and 0) but we had no problem staying in one room. Great breakfast, friendly helpful staff and the kids enjoyed they playroom downstairs. 5+

The staff went out of their way to make us welcome! We thoroughly enjoyed dining at their restaurant two different nights! There are a limited number of rooms with balconies so check if available before you book. Only downside are the pillows, too soft. We prefer a firmer version.

Frühstück war früher definitiv besser organisiert.

Man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt, freundlich. Zimmer sauber, Essen super was will man mehr.
