The room was nice and clean and very spacious! The full kitchen was stocked with everything you need, including paper towels and dish soap! The staff were very friendly and helpful!! We will be coming back in the summer with extended family for a visit. 😊

We had a well stocked kitchenette in our suite, though the room did feel quite sparse. It needed an armoire or something to fill out the space. The TV needed to be on a swivel arm. The elevator is very slow - too slow for busy weekends. The staff though - super helpful and courteous.

We liked the underground parking, well equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, comfortable bedding, late check out and great location. Fantastic bath tub and shower experience. My only complaint might be they did not have any allergy free amenities. My daughter is allergic to lemongrass and that was the bath wash available. We just bought soap at the variety store, which was close by.

Always great to stay in the Village Suites

The location was excellent, views were amazing! I liked that they had WV charging stations available. The room was just okay. They did not have a room with two queen beds, only 1 plus pullout sofa. The building was a bit dated and the hallways were dark. Carpets need to be changed. The elevator was out of service for the whole morning and staff seemed indifferent to the inconvenience. Overall it was a decent stay and I had a pleasant time in the Blue Mountains.

I stayed one night, I didn’t use the kitchen, but everything seemed clean and proper. I was happy with my stay.

Overall it was nice though I noticed the room was not clean properly. Dust under the bathroom sink and toilet not clean under the seat cover.

wonderful views

The location of the hotels right in the village is SO convenient! Our kids loved exploring and we loved being able to pop back into the hotel room as needed. Our room was clean and all kitchenette items were in order; this was really handy for breakfasts, lunches, and snacks in the room. Our room was located near the square so we could hear the DJ the one night but his set ended in good time for bedtime, thankfully! The bed was clean but not the most comfortable. The mattress was quite firm and pillows were quite floppy, until we asked for extra pillows that were much better. The bedding left something to be desired. Any movement made was loud, sheets were rough, and the 3 layers of sheets, duvet, sheet made it a tangled mess after one night. The kids slept on the pull out and we described it as sounding like, "two raccoons trying to find their way out of a paper bag" as the sheets and bed were so noisy and firm. Hot tub was nice and clean and hot - as one of the neighbouring tubs wasn't as warm our friends reported. Parking was handy too, especially being underground. Overall we were happy with the price/value of the stay.

The underground parking was a nightmare. Everytime you turn down a lane to park, there probably isnt enough parking, so to turn around, you need to make a 15 point uturn. There was only one elevator working and it took 30mins waiting on checkout day. Everytime the elevator would come to our floor, it was totaly full. Eventually, we gave up and took the stairs to the parking garage with all the checkout luggage. There was never a staff member at the desk. It took 4 phone calls over hour to get an extra blanket delivered to our room.

Excellent location

I always enjoy my time at Blue Mountain. Spring Fall or Winter. The resort was lower in attendance because of weekend weather so we were able to get a complimentary upgrade which was a very nice positive for my son and I. Staff were friendly and professional everywhere we went.
