Great room set up. Fully stocked kitchenette if needed and very clean.

Our family recently stayed at this hotel in Blue Mountain Village and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The property itself was clean, well appointed, and perfectly located right in the heart of Blue Mountain Village, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made for a very enjoyable stay. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was Sarah at the front desk. She was exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Traveling with family can sometimes be hectic, but Sarah made the check-in process smooth and stress-free while making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Her positive attitude, patience, and outstanding customer service left a lasting impression on our family. Thank you, Sarah, for helping make our stay such a memorable one — we would happily return again.

Great hotel right in the middle of the village. Quick and easy access to all the shops and restaurants.

Staff are friendly. The suite has a kitchen and we can see the hot tub area from out window.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Georgian Resort and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The location was excellent, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was fully equipped with utensils, which made things very convenient for our family. The bathrooms and beds were also clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. One staff member especially helped us extend our parking after checkout, which saved us from moving the car again and made our departure stress-free. The check-in process is slightly different, as you need to visit the front desk directly instead of calling, but once we understood the system, it was very smooth. They also kept us updated by text message when our room was ready. A great bonus was that our stay included gondola rides, hiking access, and canopy climbing. For around $250 booked through Expedia, we felt it was a fantastic value and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely staff. Was checked in by Ravi and he upgraded us to a room with a den and a nice view. Staff were friendly overall.. only thing is building needs to be renovated especially in garage and elevators.

The room was clean and kitchen had everything you could as for. It was a good one night stay! However, sofa bed could use little bit more comfort, as I have had better sofa beds!

Staff was great, rooms were very clean.

Bed sheets and pillow cases didn’t smell fresh and had a weird smell to them. Towel had foundation makeup all over it. Room overall smelled old and musty. Sofa looked and smelled old. Weird sewage smell on the first floor towards exit to the village area. Staff was nice and accommodating.

We stayed for 3 nights and not once did they come to give us fresh towels or make our beds. I don’t think that’s asking a lot when you’ve spent $900 to stay somewhere. Otherwise things were clean, the property was decent. Could be lack of staffing or perhaps we needed to request the towels and make our beds ourselves- but when you pay that much for 3 nights I would think it would just be a regular service.

The property is amazing and the staff is super friendly.
